We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Hawaii. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view—we were lucky enough to see whales frolicking along the shoreline throughout our entire stay, sometimes even right from our deck in the mornings.The condo itself had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen, which was extremely well-appointed for those who love to cook. The property’s community pool, situated right on the ocean, was stunning, and the adjacent restaurant was both convenient and delicious. The pool and restaurant staff were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We also had great communication from Resortica, making access to the condo seamless.The workout center, also located right on the ocean, was small but well-equipped, offering incredible views that made for an enjoyable workout. The condo was conveniently located near Queen’s Marketplace and King’s Shops, making it easy to grab essentials or enjoy some shopping and dining.Island living is expensive, so we highly recommend stopping at Costco or Walmart on your way in to stock up on groceries.Our only real disappointment was the woman at check-in for the card keys, was quite unfriendly and made us feel like an inconvenience. Thankfully, that was the only negative interaction we had, as everyone else was wonderful.Overall, this condo is a fantastic choice for families or anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway.
This condo has plenty of room for three couples in a perfect location. Loved watching the whales and the sunset from the lanai. Condo was adequately stocked for cooking, had boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel gear, cooler, bicycles, beach toys for us to use. Love the complex amenities- pool, tennis/pickle ball court, restaurant. Close to shopping and the best beaches on the Kohala coast. We can’t wait to come back.
This property is perfectly located near the pool, and a short walk to the Hilton Waikoloa resort. Had a wonderful time with our family and friends and will definitely return!

We loved 10G. The 3 bedroom condo was spacious, spotlessly clean and had beautiful views of the ocean. We liked watching the golfers on Hole 6 Beach course right in front of us, too. We used the Hilton pool pass which had a fun water slide and also enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the condo owners. The beds were really comfortable and the stay was relaxing. Only negative was the pool restaurant at Halii Kai was closed our entire stay due to emergency problem. It would’ve been nice to have a dining option onsite. Overall we would highly recommend!
Love Hali'i Kai, and have stayed in several different units - this is by far one of our favorites! Had a great stay. Very clean, well appointed condo with plenty of space. Loved sitting on the balcony each morning with the ocean views and watching all the whale activity.
We were blown away by this property. Everything was perfect. My wife and I loved the quiet neighborhood and wonderful views. Our son loved swimming the pool. We cannot wait to go back.

We loved the condo and its location within the Waikoloa resort. The condo has views of the ocean across the golf fairway. We saw multiple whale spouts from our lanai. We also love the pool, restaurant, workout area and tennis/pickle court - used them all everyday! The condo itself was spotless and well decorated. We will stay here again for sure!
This is our third time staying at these condos, we love the location and clubhouse amenities. This unit was prefect for my family and mom. Great bonus to have the Hilton pool pass for our 5 year old. Garage is also nicely stocked with beach chairs, and the property management company were quick to respond to any questions.
