The stretch of Farrington Highway on Oahu's west shore begins near Ko Olina and ends right before Kaena Point State Park begins. The two-lane road leads along the entire west shore. The most scenic stretch of the road is north of Makaha until it dead ends. This area of the island is undeveloped. There are a few nice and empty sandy beaches here, backed by the Waianae Mountains and green valleys.
