PLEASE NOTE: The corridors where OUTSIDE entry to each unit is located (NOT on BEACH SIDE) will undergo renovation beginning October 4 that is “projected” to end before the HOLIDAYS (as everyone knows, “projections” as just that!). There will be some noise and perhaps some inconvenience Mon-Fri approximately 8:30 am-5 pm (no work on Sat/Sun). This should not be a concern for most guests since almost everyone will be on our beautiful beach or out exploring Oahu’s many tourist attractions during the day.

**PLEASE NOTE: The Princess AC is a water-cooled, roof-mounted central system, BUT it is NOT like the Mainland AC you may be accustomed to, meaning it will NEVER get really cold--simply not that kind of design. TO BE TOTALLY HONEST, IT IS BEST TO SAY THAT THIS CONDO HAS NO AC. The great majority of folks are very comfortable when everything is left open letting our wonderful trade winds, great cross ventilation, ceiling fans, and stand fans keep the condo fresh with tropical breezes! PLEASE NOTE: If you really like cool inside temperatures , this is NOT the condo for you.

AWESOME! 180º UNOBSTRUCTED BEACH, OCEAN , & SUNSET VIEWS! BEACHFRONT! LIGHT, BRIGHT, AIRY, AND SUPER CLEAN CONDO!

When we say BEACHFRONT, we mean absolute beachfront! The PRINCESS BUILDING sits smack dab on the beach in the photo! It's the most beautiful beach on Oahu.

A secured 16-story building (2 elevators) with pool, hot tub, tennis, outside BBQ area, Rec Room with ping pong table. This condo is on a high floor (not recommended or very young children) with absolutely stunning beach, ocean, and sunset views.

This is a one-bedroom/one-bath (shower stall/no tub) condo. It has a lovely lanai with unparalleled 180º ocean/sunset view. Lanai sunshade.

We could not have asked for a better stay! This condo gets you out of the busy Honolulu/Waikiki areas while still being reasonable driving distance to local restaurants and attractions. The views from the condo are outstanding and the beach is pristine with perfect views any way you look! Quality beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkeling equipment provided were great for fun days at the beach! Condo was clean and felt very safe/secure. Great communication from owners! Would definitely stay again!!

We enjoyed outstanding views from our lanai everyday. From early morning moon reflections across the ocean to evening sunsets, we were thrilled to sit and soak it all in! We also saw whales, sea turtles, and a shark! We chose this condo for the potential views and we definitely were not disappointed. The condo provided everything we needed and more. It was clean. The owners were very helpful and friendly. We felt as though we had our own little paradise! I was a little shocked at the number of people that reside on the nearby beaches in their make-shift dwellings. All in all, we absolutely loved our stay!

The accommodations were superb. My wife and I enjoyed this condo a great deal. It is well-kept up, and very clean and the view was picture-perfect. Pat, the property manager was engaged in our stay making sure that everything was up to par. I would recommend this property to everyone. Thank you, Pat. My husband and I stayed here at the end of our trip to celebrate our anniversary. The Sunsets are incredible. Staff and neighbors of the condos were super nice and friendly. We had a rental car, to help us get around the island. The unit was well stocked and clean. It was nice that they had beach chairs and an umbrella that we could use and a cooler for lunches. Thank you for letting us stay. We had a wonderful time.

Stunning views! If you want a relaxing vacation this is the best place. Drive is not bad to Waikiki and other tourist spots.
