All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. There were good and bad things about staying here. I’ll get the less positive out of the way. Our unit was downwind of the smoking area, and at certain times of day, we had to close all of the windows or else our room reeked of smoke. The unit we were given was on the lower floor, and we were repeatedly woken up at 4:30 am by what sounded like a herd of elephants above us, and that’s through a white noise machine at full blast. The guest services representative “Jason” was very rude in both encounters we had with him. When my husband called to check out over the phone, Jason said, “gee, thanks” and hung up on him. The master bedroom was right next to a busy street, and the curtains were effectively sheer, so all night, headlights were streaming into the room. The other bedroom was right next to the parking lot, and had similar problems with noise and lights. The beds were not the worst, but they weren’t great.
The positive: There were two bathrooms and bedrooms, a washer and dryer, and the kitchen was very well appointed, including a blender. Pyrex bowls with lids, numerous pots and pans, and a rice cooker. There was laundry soap, coffee, dish soap, and all basic toiletries included and restocked at no fee. The pool towels could be replaced daily, and there were two nice pools with hot tubs on the property a short walk away. The grills were excellent and clean. The lanai seating was very pleasant for meals, and the master bathroom was relatively newly remodeled and very nice. The grounds and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is a basketball/tennis court that is very nice, and balls to check out. We had the option to pay extra for a/c, but didn’t need to use it because the temperature was perfectly pleasant with the fans on and windows open (assuming people weren’t smoking.) There were board games and dvds for check out from the front desk.
Overall, I’d imagine we would’ve enjoyed our experience much more in an upper level room. I think this place would be perfectly acceptable for many people, but we probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again

The property was very well kept and in great condition. It suited our needs perfectly.
It does say in the fine print that you may not end up with the exact property pictured. This did happen and there was one less bed than we had planned on, however there was a sofa bed.
It also says in the fine print that you may have to change condos if you are staying over 4 days. What it does not say is that on the day you have to change you are expected to be out of a condo for up to 6 hours. We were supposed to have to change and be out of a unit for 6 hours on Christmas Day. When I emailed rental pros about this on two separate occasions they did not respond to my emails. Thankfully Wyndham was able to assist us at check-in.
I write this to caution anyone who is traveling with small children or who plans on stocking the refrigerator to make most of their meals.
