Puamana 25B is an updated and comfortable home-away-from-home that has plenty of space for large groups to spread out! Located right in the center of Princeville, your cozy retreat is filled with island charm, while offering walking access to some of the North Shore's best spots. There are 3 bedrooms, the master suite downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs, a comfortable and open living and dining area adjoined with a fully equipped kitchen, and three private lanais for you to enjoy the temperate weather, and some beautiful sunsets.
Situated perfectly for you to be able to walk to everything in Princeville, Puamana 25B is a fabulous jumping off point for your island adventures. Anini Beach, home to Hawaii's longest coral reef, and one of the best beaches on the island, is just a brief 8 minute hike away on a shady path. Anini is perfect for swimmers of all ages thanks to the calm waters, and the snorkeling here is great! The Princeville Shopping Center is only 15 minutes away on foot, and has a Foodland grocery store, plus enough dining options to satisfy even the pickiest eaters in your party! You can also visit the farmer's market every Saturday morning, and grab a treat, or some fresh locally-grown produce, before enjoying the free Saturday afternoon hula show. ). For even more retail therapy and dining, the picturesque island town of Hanalei is a quick 10 minute drive away, as are the iconic beaches and crystal clear waters of Hanalei Bay. For a quieter experience away from the crowds we recommend checking out the Kilauea Point Lighthouse and beautiful nature preserve just a short drive away.
If you prefer to relax more and do less, the Puamana complex is well-equipped for you to enjoy a peaceful staycation! ), enjoy an evening stroll along the golf course greenbelt, or soak up a sunset from your lanai. After your stay here, you'll leave feeling relaxed and refreshed!
Although Puamana is great for walkers, if you're looking to explore the rest of the island you'll definitely need a rental car. Drive time to the East Side (where the airport is located) is roughly 50 minutes, and to the South Shore is about 75 minutes.
As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is NOT air conditioned, however there are fans in each room and screen doors on the lanais to help with airflow throughout the house.
To access the two upstairs bedrooms, you must be able to go up and down one flight of stairs. There are no elevators.
Although this home has internet, the speed and reliability cannot be guaranteed due to the remote location and the service being provided by a third-party.

We stayed here with our kids and grandparents and this house was great! Had everything we needed for Hawaii!

The property was clean, easy to access, and had solid ammenities for our week long stay including sufficient dishes, washer/dryer, and more. I cannot stress enough that you need to bring earplugs. This was my 5th stay on the island and had the absolute loudest roosters. I think they are nesting very close to the windows and start crowing around 2am.

Overall this was a good place to stay. The ad says 3rd bedroom in a loft area, this is NOT a room. It is just an open loft with a bed. The pictures on the listing also were angled so you couldn’t really tell. Other than that and the showers could use a good scrub down, this place was nice.

For our large group the condo was roomy. No air conditioning, but plenty of fans. Quiet and private. Right next to the pool, but the pool noise was not bothersome. I enjoyed the daily short walk to the beach, though it’s a good hike back up the hill and definitely take a walking stick that’s provided by the property. Available are beach chairs, snorkels, boards. The location is quite the drive from other parts of the island. That was the main displeasure, the drive to our booked adventures.

First time to Hawaii and Kauai. Property was clean and nice. Property manager seemed decent, but no interaction was required. Check in process was smooth and streamlined.
We had a great time and would happily come back in the future. Great access to local market, and multiple beaches.

It was my first trip to Kauai and I'm so glad that we ended up renting with Kauai Kahuna Vacation Rentals! Their customer service was spectacular. Puamana 25B was a great home for us for the week. It was nice that the pool was so close, and we enjoyed hiking down the the small, quiet beach close by.

This unit was just right for our family. We enjoyed the easy walk to Princeville Town Center, easy access to Hanalei and Anini. The boogie boards and surfboard were a treat!
The management company was super responsive on the couple of issues/questions we had.

Surprisingly quiet with close neighbors and roofing construction happening in the area. Well-equipped kitchen. Very clean and updated amenities. Fans and open windows kept the place cool enough with no A/C for a February visit.

Never had a airbnb before. This was so perfect for our group. Was pretty convenient and much more roomy than a hotel. I would like to book this one for next year.

I found 25B to be a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. There was roofing going on in the complex while I was there, but I couldn't hear anything from the condo. The sofa was great to relax on at the end of the day, the shower was huge, and all the local residents I met were very friendly. Plenty of fans to keep it cool inside on warmer days too.

We had a nice time here in Kauai. A couple of downsides to this property, the dryer and tv remotes did not work. There were no dish towels in the kitchen, and the bathrooms really could have used a small rug at the shower entrances. Overall though, a nice property with a great pool.
