As much as I love coming to Hawaii, there are some things you have to live with while enjoying this island. One are the roosters (especially on Kauai), two are the possibilities of seeing big bugs, and three, renting a lower level place where you will hear the neighbors. This place had all 3. I can deal with the roosters, seeing a roach was not ideal, but most importantly, the fact you hear every footstep from above was just almost too much to bear. If you are very hard of hearing, you may be the only individual that will be able to handle the sounds. Thankfully we were there only 3 nights but that was too long considering barely any sleep was had. The location was fantastic and the unit was very spacious for us four. But I want to help others by being as honest as possible, this is NOT a good place to stay if you want to relax or just sleep.
Very nice condo in beautiful area. Drawbacks: parking is VERY limited and if you are sensitive to noise probably not a good pick. You can hear every step they take upstairs.
We had a great stay! Location of this place was great for what we had planned for our staycation. The condo is super clean bed was comfortable and the air was cold. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

The condo was really nice, including both interior features and decor and the beautiful landscaping surrounding the unit on all sides, providing plenty of privacy and fresh air. The unit is very close to the (steep) trail down to Wyllie Beach, but there is no ocean view. Property management was very responsive and easy to contact. It's very close to food and hardware stores. I definitely would recommend it to others. I wish a list of restaurant suggestions/recommendations had been provided.
We loved our stay here! The location was perfect ! Close to Foodland for delicious Poke, an ice cream shop and not to far from someGreat hikes. The condo was clean with super cozy beds & the swimming pool was great too. If you’re like me and go to bed earlier than most I do recommend ear plugs and a sleep mask. Noise wasn’t too bad except for there was one extra excited kiddo who was running laps upstairs he did settle down after our first night stay and we proceeded to get great sleep and rest for the remainder of our trip.
We had a wonderful stay. The townhouse had all appliances and beach gear we needed. The only 2 problems we had were the step down to the livingroom and master bedroom was about 10” and a tripping hazard for our older friend. The other was the noisy upstairs neighbors, they stomped around and scooted chairs alot

Loved the outdoor space and comfy beds. Plenty of room for the four of us. Definitely can hear every little noise from the people above which was unfortunate. The beach gear was nice to have and kitchen was well equipped.

This property was perfect for our needs. While we spent most of our time out and about, the condo had everything we needed to feel at home. It was also clean and comfortable. Loved the pool area!
The condo was very clean and super well stocked. I enjoyed the neighborhood and our proximity to all the places I had planned to take our small kids to.
There were some minor issues with the tv and fans, nothing major and the AC throughout was so great!
Awesome rental with good AC able to keep the whole unit nice and cool. Very well stocked kitchen and all the supplies for the beach. Lots of towels and having the washer dryer is great. The pool area is nice and the location is perfect. Would stay in this unit again if returned to the area.

We, as a family of three, had a great time there. The property is not too far into Princeville, which means less driving. Anini Beach is within walking distance.
We enjoyed the property. Air worked great. Lanai was very peaceful. Kitchen had everything we needed. Only negitive was you could hear every footstep the guest made in the unit above. We will stay here again on our next trip here.
This was the most comfortable location we stayed at while on a 2 week trip to Hawaii. The condo has everything you need and is very comfortable with a 3 head mini split HVAC system that works flawlessly. The king bedroom was so comfortable, and the livingroom and patios are equally spacious and comfortable. They do seem to have a parking issue here, the spaces are tight (read you will have trouble parking anything larger than a 4runner) and quite a few folks using them. We couldn't find a spot to park one night. We would still stay here again and loved the place.

Beautiful condo - very spacious and convenient to Hanalei and shops in Princeveille and a beach.
The property location was perfect. Short 15 minute walk to the small shopping center, short drive to beaches on north side. Easy communication with management. Chickens are part of landscape and fun to watch.

The condo was great had everything we needed. Flight delayed arrived after dark and had lots of trouble finding the place virtually no outdoor lightinting and the whole blocks address is 3920 very confusing.

Loved staying here, especially with the AC! One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in, and one of the most comfortable couches I've sat on. Very well equipped, and nicely decorated. I'll definitely return!
Very disappointed in this property. There was a water leak before we got there, and the cleaning staff was still cleaning when we arrived. The dishwasher didn’t work, so has to wash dishes by hand. They did provide a credit due to the property not being up to par, however.
The knobs on the stove were so worn, we couldn’t tell what the settings were, and found a friendly cockroach on the stove the morning we left. Eww. This was obviously either a timeshare or a vacation rental. The furniture was mismatched and dated, as were the bathrooms. This property definitely needs a remodel.
