Nihilani Family Condo 24C, AC, Nicely Decorated, Spacious and Beautiful!

Condo and property were great. It had everything we needed for a great stay!Would definitely stay again.

Everything was as described, the place is beautiful. We had a great stay.

This unit has it all- the good, the bad, and the ugly. It is the newest development in all of Princeville- early 2000's. Up to date and in a good location. Unfortunately the pictures were taken a long time ago before it has been used and abused. I would not recommend staying here.The biggest issue was it advertised having AC, which it does. However, they do not allow you to set it or turn it down below a preset threshold to get comfortable. In the evenings it was fairly warm even with the provided fans running. When inquired they refused to unlock it and said to close the windows all day long instead and enjoy darkness to help cool the unit down. It made for miserable nights with a pregnant spouse who sleeps hot. If AC is a requirement for your stay, do not consider here. It was surface clean, but it is in need of a deep clean. Perfect location with views of the mountains and easy access to the main road, stores and Hanalei Bay.

What a wonderful and spacious condo. Our family of four (mom, dad, and two boys ages 7 and 9) had more than enough room. The beds were super comfortable (maybe the best of any VRBO I've stayed in) and the place was fully stocked with everything that you'd need to make meals at home. Great location, close to Princeville Center and 10 minutes from Hanalei. We had a small issue that was promptly dealt with by the management. All in all, a great stay.

Beautiful space - everything we needed and more!

We have enjoyed our stay in Princeville. The condo has met our needs and was comfortable. Plenty of space for our group. It was nice to have a garage. The property surroundings were quiet. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed. Beach chairs were nice to have. The kitchen could use a few more items. It would be nice to have casserole dishes and a large pot. Neither were in the kitchen. It would also be nice to provide a few more kitchen towels and to provide kitchen rags.

Our stay in Kauai was amazing! The condo was very clean and spacious for our family. It had everything we needed to make meals and be comfortable for the week. We loved the porch with the beautiful view of the golf course and the mountains… breathtaking! We would definitely stay here again!

Good stay. Generally a very nice condo. Furniture a bit worn and torn. Some blinds do not work. But overall happy with the stay. Well stocked and plenty of beach gear.

Nice place and great location.

Typically I find accommodations to be slightly underwhelming compared to the listing, but this place exceeded all my expectations. So spacious and clean, with high quality furnishings. We did not want to leave! The best vacation rental we have stayed in, by far. Hope we get to return some day soon.

Nihilani Family Condo 24C is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. The condo was clean and spacious and so comfortable for our family of four. The location was very quiet and the few neighbors we came across were very friendly. We also stayed on the South Shore in another rental that was more expensive and we wanted to return to Nihilani because we liked it so much better. Highly recommend you choose this condo for your stay in Princeville

The property was very nice and had everything that we needed. The two car garage was very convenient and there was plenty of space for everything we needed.

Enjoyed our trip immensely used our rental as a base camp to visit all places on the island the rental was great very peaceful and beautiful area to come back to each night the beds were comfy and had all the enemies of home beautiful balcony to eat and enjoy watching birds and people thanks so very much

Our stay here was very good. I love Princeville. The surrounding property is very beautiful and there is a view of the golf course from the lanai. We were very comfortable and it felt homey. The queen and king size beds were good, but my adult male children did not like the two Twin sized beds and said they were not comfortable at all. Kitchen items were lacking. They provided dozens of drinking glasses (like 3-4 dozen) but only 6 spoons, 7 forks and 7 knives. No paper towels, a handful of napkins, one hand towel and no cleaning solution to clean up kitchen counters after cooking sticky items or things that carry bacteria. I never called to ask for additional items because we were busy everyday. I would recommend this property, but these few things could be improved. comfortable.

Such a lovely, spacious property. Close to Hanalei, close to several beaches, close to golf courses. Would definitely stay here again.

The rental comes with everything you need and it's incredibly spacious. The unit could use a good carpet cleaning and I think the dryer might be on it's last leg as it wouldn't heat up very well.

Great condo extremely roomy and comfortable for a family of six adults. Tight getting two rental cars parked in the garage and no other areas to park overnight. A couple of minor fixes are needed- patio door slider needs work as well as master shower door. But had a great stay here - and yes would rent this condo again for a large group.

Nice place

Clean, fresh, quiet, wonderful pool, and many things to do.

A great place to relax and be central to everything North shore! Close to all the shops, activities, restaurants and sight seeing you need. If you want to go any where else its also easy access and the place has all the amenities and comfort like home. My family and In-laws were comfortable and we had a great time! Highly recommended.

We stayed here with 7 people and couldn’t have been happier. The place seemed much bigger than the pictures make it out to be. We had some friends staying at some of the other condos and this floor plan was the best. It’s all one level once you walk up the stairs to the front door. They had just about everything you need. I would definitely recommend this condo and will absolutely rent it again.

The property location was perfect and peaceful overlooking the golf course, and the condo itself was flawless. Had everything I could have needed in the kitchen to the snorkel and beach gear in the garage. Definitely coming back again.

The amenities of swimming pool, jucuzzi and barbecues were beautiful and well maintained as was the entire Nihilani community with the exception of Condo 24C were 3 generational family of seven spent a 10 day vacation. The inside of the condo was very dirty and lacked basic maintenance. For example, the deck slider would barely "slide" and the screen slider was badly torn. Potted plants on the deck were dying due to lack of water and care. The kitchen/bathroom cabinet doors fell off. Bathroom floors had dried urine and sand/pebbles strewn about. Several window shades were broken. Bedding appeared "slept in" . Carpeting and walls were dirty. Master bath shower leaked water on the floor when used since the rubber edging was torn and the soaking tub had no stopper. All counter surfaces were dirty. I spent two hours cleaning upon our arrival before we could unpack our personal clothing and items. I requested a return of the cleaning fee since the unit hadn't been cleaned upon our arrival. The property manager was uncooperative and said I should have given them a chance to correct the problems. I did contact! My family would have needed to vacate the property for them to repair the neglected maintenance and deep clean the unit. There is also a 2-car garage available for use with cigarette butts strewn about. Overall, an uncomfortable condo. However, the condo itself is beautiful and well appointed just severely neglected in terms of cleaning and maintenance repair.

The condo was wonderful clean, comfortable and peaceful. We pretty much had the whole place to ourselves since there were no other people studying in the other condos. The pool is good but the pictures in the listing definitely give it more glam than it really is but the kids enjoyed it. The location was great for our disk golf adventure and quick beach access. I love the fact that Kauai beach access free to park at. Because a lot of the beaches on the other islands aren’t. The old town Hanalei is great for eating and shopping. Over all we will rent the condo again in the future.

The house had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. A little far away from places we wanted to visit. Beautiful pool.

We had the most wonderful visit to Kauai, and it was great to have this property as our landing pad! We had plenty of space and saved a ton of money by making many kid-friendly meals at “home!”

We enjoyed that the condo was comfortable and spacious, the Makai golf course was across the street, nice beaches, cafes and restaurants within 20 minutes. Then you can utilise the pool and spa on return from your daily outing. A great place to base yourself and enjoy the beautiful island of Kauai.
