Very clean and an abundance of activities for the whole family- on site. It was perfect location and close to shopping in Princeville and short drive to beautiful Hanalei. We love Cliffs and this unit did not disappoint. Will utilize again on our next trip.
This place needs a major upgrade. Stains on the furniture, rust around the sink, needs new carpeting, refrigerator, a more comfortable pull out couch, new window coverings. For the price I was really dissatisfied. A huge cockroach greeted us as we walked in. Gross!
We were very happy with the location of the condo and how well equipped and spacious it was. It was very comfortable for our 4 week stay. There were a few minor issues which need maintenance, but they didn’t interfere with our enjoyment of our vacation.

The cliffs is a really nice setting and the apartments are pretty comfortable and well featuredThis unit had a nice breeze, never hot. The refrigerator was a little dated and dinged and there was an older lounge chair and ottoman with a towel on it - if I were the owners , I'd replace the chair and fridge just to present a less "worn" lookI'd stay here again , the location was great and comfortable, most of the time a condo is a place to prepare meals, sleep and recharge for the next days activities and this place checked all those boxesGreat view of the ocean from the common areas
The overall property is beautiful and well maintained! The staff are super nice and helpful. The unit we were in could have used a little attention in the way of updates furniture and bathroom. The leg fell off a nightstand and the shower doors were a bit wonky. That being said, it was still a beautiful place to stay and I would highly recommend it! If I one thing that consistently bothered me, it would be the roosters crowing in the early morning hours, but not much to do about that. Still a great stay!

I have stayed at The Cliffs many times in the last 15 years and this is the nicest unit I have stayed in. Great location on the grounds and with a view and easy access to all of the amenities. The inside of the unit is beautifully updated and very comfortable, and wonderfully decorated. Perfect.

Amenities at the resort (pool, chairs by the Cliffs, grills) were wonderful. We enjoyed walking around and exploring the beautiful neighborhood. Easy to get to the Kalalau trail, Princeville Botanical Gardens and the Kilauea National Wildlife Refuge. The condo could use some updating.

The property location and views were as described and we enjoyed the location and view. The Cliffs were well run and amenities were very nice.The property was as described. However, the property is an older unit and in need of updating and repairs. Because of the very tight rental contract, I was concerned with the items needing repair or replacing and took several pictures the first day of some of these items to document that we were not responsible. The first day the vent in the master bath shower vent fell out while we were sitting on the lani (balcony). more than one fixtures, like towel racks and clothes hooks were broken off and missing. The Dryer would not work and needed replacing. Kitchen stove had no numbers for temperature settings, having worn off. Ocean front Reality was very eager to help and we appreciated their attitude and attempt to service. We understand some of the problems with a privately owned unit. The unit is in need of updating and repairs.I would recommend this property, The Cliffs, to persons but not this unit.

We had an great stay in beautiful Princeville. Views of the ocean from the back lanai are stunning, as are the views from common areas/grills. The unit itself is sufficient, although it would have been nice to have basics like salt/pepper in the kitchen. The bed was comfy and although we were worried about the lack of A/C, we were very comfortable for our entire stay.
The realty company that managed the property failed to leave us keys to the pool, so we were not able to access that area until we went to the concierge desk. They were very busy, and the whole ordeal took us almost an hour.
Other than that, absolutely no complaints! It's so beautiful here that it's difficult to worry about much. Mahalo!
