We enjoyed our stay very much in this 2 bedroom unit. We had a hiccup with the hot water heater not working upon arrival but the management company quickly fixed it. They were great to communicate with us. It was just as described and we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay in this flat. Very clean, a lot of rooms, suitable furniture and much more. Every day it was a pleasure to come back into our home. The only thing we didnt like was the thin celing. We heared Almosen every step. But nevertheless, we would really recommend this great flat.

Beautiful house, very clean and smelled nice. The house had everything that we needed and was well stocked. Lots of thing that people leave behind like sun screens, spices and cooking oils.
Four of us (two couples) stayed here in mid Jan. The layout of this unit is spacious and gives each couple privacy and room to spread out. We agreed that both beds and pillows were comfy and firm and all enjoyed great sleep. The second bathroom isn’t en suite but the location is such that it’s totally private for the second bedroom. The front half of our week was a bit cooler and the surf was too high in the north so we spent a bit more time at the condo. The lanai is wide and covered and yet felt private with the hedge all around. Yes there were early and late morning car lights as others mentioned but that didn’t bother us. We could listen to our music and play cards or dine al fresco. The garage was deep enough to hold a Ford Explorer - I wouldn’t rent an extra long suburban but our mid sized SUV fit with no problems. There’s a super strong drying rack in the garage for beach towels and suits and it got used most days. The kitchen is well appointed and the oven, fridge, drip coffee maker all worked well. The unit could use an overall new coat of paint but the unit is clearly well taken care of and nicely decorated. very convenient to the recycling and garbage and the pool. We’ve already made plans to come back!
Felt really good the minute we walked in. The layout was perfect and the lanai was wonderful. Spent every morning and every evening sitting on the lanai. Master bedroom was extremely comfortable and very classy.
We had a wonderful time - the condo is perfectly well located, spacious, very neat and confortable.
The whole family loved the stay. The house is well updated, includes all desired amenities, and in a beautiful area. We would def recommend this property to friends!!!

Our condo was very spacious, clean and well-furnished. It also has easy instructions to follow for check-in and checkout. The location is perfect, especially for a family with young children as the complex allows for plenty of space to walk safely on sidewalks and the pool was great too! It's also very close to many food stops, beaches and shopping! It was perfect for our family vacation!
The property was perfect. Great location, lots of things to do from here. We went on a boat tour, ATVing, hiking, swimming, complex pool and hot tubs were great. Simply one of the best vacations with my kids. Having a garage for the rental car sealed the deal. We would definitely come to this unit again.
This property is modern and spacious and is inside a large complex of condo units. The grounds are well cared for and the unit is directly across from the pool and hot tub.
The Princeville area is the northern most tip of the island about 45mins from airport. Everything on the island is accessible by car but from this area anything you want to do on the south coast is 1:45 away.
The condo inside is beautiful and large with everything provided to make for a comfortable stay. If we were to have any complains, and believe me they are minor, I would have to say the living room furniture is not super comfortable. We had 4 people watching movies at night and all of us found it a butt numbing experience. The other small complaint would be the pool temperature. Not sure if the pool is heated but it was very cool every day we used it.
These 2 small things would not stop us from staying again as the unit is large and beautiful. Would highly recommend.
Second visit to the garden isle and first stay on the north shore. Nihilani 11A is a hidden gem in the heart of Princeville within proximity to the princeville shopping area, half a block away from an amazing pool and short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches Kauai has to offer, including Hanalei bay and Ha’ena State Park beaches. The property was well maintained, clean, and kitchen was fully equipped. The WiFi signal was strong and streaming services were extremely handy at times when we needed to unwind between activities/excursions. We fell in love with this condo and the location. We would book the same unit again in a heartbeat. Mahalo and a hui ho.

Extremely lovely rental with everything you would want in your own home. Great location and extremely clean. It was perfect for the 4 of us with so much room. Loved having the double attached garage with all the beach accessories and bike.

What a beautiful property. So much better than staying in a hotel.
Wonderful! Clean, spacious, comfortable. Suited 4 adults perfectly. Kitchen well appointed. Just needs a kettle! Bedrooms/bathrooms great. Town of Hanalei and good beaches close by. If you’re looking for bigger shopping/dining or outdoor adventures, you’ll have to drive at least an hour to Kapaa, Lihue or Poipu. But, we found Princeville to be quiet (kinda off the beaten path), lush and a little more laid back. We would stay in Princeville again (not that we didn’t take those longer drives!) and would rent 11A again in a heartbeat!
