It advertised 10 min from pier but was actually 20 min.We saw a few cockroaches in the condo.The patio door was verydifficult to open.there seems to be a water leakage onthe balcony.The mat outside door is always wet,? from air conditioner.The condowas well supplied,beds comfortable,cleanLimited to doing laundryThe lanai was spacious .I would recommend it to others

Best location. Nice unit is very well equipped with everything you need.
One little minus is the road is sometimes noisy.
