What a lovely condo ! Perfectly located and contained everything you would possibly need. It was quiet and peaceful. Joshua was the Perfect host and communication was very quick and really helpful !Loved the balcony and found the whole stay wonderful :-)
Week long trip spend mostly on the beach. Beach isnt a walking distance from this location but you have a spot for a rental car. We used uber for the 10 min ride the magic sands. Rental has pretty much everything you need to go boogie boarsing, a cooler, snorkels, etc. Was a quiet building and has a nice outdoor set up for reading and having youe coffee. I was able to do calligraphy here and my teenager thought ahe could easily live in this condo. All round great experience.

What a great experience. Joshua & Cara are excellent hosts who went above and beyond to ensure our first visit to the Big Island went smoothly by providing us with information regarding places to visit and travel times. The condo was very comfortable with everything required for our stay, we only had to provide our own food. The location was very close to eateries and stires and easily accessed from the airport.The sunsets from the lanai are breathtaking.Our stay on the Big Island was wonderful. We recommend any singles or couples visiting Kailua-Kona consider staying at this lovely home away from home.
we had a great stay, the location of the property was the best part we could travel on day trips with ease..if you want to walk to the shops and restuarants on the waterfront it was a five minute walk ..the grocery store and Wal-mart was a five minute drive up Henry St.The unit had everything dishes to snorkel and beach towels..our favorite was the king bed it was really comfortable..the property was secure and the private parking was a plus..the only thing that could have been better was the shower it could use an update.Overall our experience was good...

We had the best time celebrating Christmas in Hawaii. The location of Joshua and Cara's condo was ideal - not on the busy main road but very close to all of the restaurants, shopping and amenities. Quick walk to the beach and easy driving access to all of the main beaches. Spacious condo, loved how big the kitchen and living area was. Well stocked throughout. The view was excellent. Parking stall being close to the buildings front door was convenient. Very quiet building. Joshua provided us with great recommendations for snorkelling, beaches, and hiking. We would absolutely stay here again.
We came to celebrate my niece's wedding. The location of the condo was perfect for the sunset dinner cruise and wedding celebration. We alsomanaged to squeeze in a visit to erupting Kilauea, the Vanillerie Farm, and Greenwell coffee farmThe farmers market is right around the corner, and so many places are within walking distance for great food, ice cream, and snacks.The house ihas so many thoughtful items available - boogie boards, beach chairs and coolers. The only suggestion would be to add a mat to the slippery tub. There is also a flickering light in the kitchen.Overall, it was a comfortable stay! inkitchenshave ice

Joshua and Cara are truly the definition of “above and beyond” as hosts. Their home away from home was cozy, inviting, functional, and comfortable! They provided super clear and helpful instructions, as well as provided amazing recommendations and advice. Their condo had everything we could need including snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, and MORE! I cannot thank you guys enough for n making our honeymoon so lovely and manageable. Hoping the condo will he available next time we visit :)

We stayed here for one week in October and had a great stay. The apartment is ideally located close to the centre of Kona with restaurants, bars and beaches all in walking distance. Convenient parking right outside. Equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable - well equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Beach equipment and towels supplied. We loved spending time on the terrace, enjoying views of sunrise and sunset. Friendly and prompt communication from the hosts. We would definitely stay again.
We have stayed in the Kailua Village complex 5 times, with this being the second time in this unit (last time previous owners). This building is solid and we have literally never heard the next door or upstairs neighbours in all our stays there. Kuakini highway is busy but with the doors and windows closed you can barely hear it. Joshua was amazing to deal with and answered messages almost immediately when I had questions. Check in was seamless. The condo is equipped with everything you need for your stay. We especially liked the provided coolers, beach chairs, and umbrella. There is no better place to stay for Ironman as you can walk to all pre race events as well as the race itself. Parking in Kona is hard to find so this is definite a plus. Listening to the coqui frogs in the evening on the lanai after an amazing sunset never gets old. We also enjoyed the Sunday morning church bells and choir singing. I hope we can stay in this unit every time we come to Kona in the coming years! Maholo Joshua and Cara for sharing your home away from home with us!!
Perfect location within walking distance to all Kona has to offer. Great condo and parking space too! Will definitely stay here again next time we are on the Big Island.
Our condo was clean, convenient, and there were amenities I needed that I didn’t even know I needed until needed them…hairspray! Baby powder! Both great for humid days!
This was such a great place to stay! The size of the condo is great - we did not feel cramped at all and are very glad we chose this over a hotel. It was in a very convenient location, and most evenings we just walked to nearby shopping and restaurants. There are also great amenities, and we did use the laundry room on property a couple times. The condo was very clean, well-maintained, and decorated nicely. I would absolutely stay here again!
We had a great stay! The location was perfect and the complex was very quiet. We enjoyed the ocean breeze and the sound of the rain on our last night. Everything was comfortable and perfect. Would definitely love to stay here again. :)

Great place to stay. Close to the main area in kona. Had everything we needed. The place was nice with a good view. Has a church right behind but you can see the ocean on both sides. The owner was really fast to respond when I couldn’t get the keypad to work (operator error). When we go back we will stay here again
I've stayed at this property 3 years in a row while on holiday and have always found it very clean, close to amenities, with a very well stocked kitchen. Joshua is very communicative and helpful. Hopefully, next year is my 4th year in a row.

We usually like to stay at the hotels but decided to try a condo this time. It was in a great location, the owners had great communication with me and were very helpful.

The condo is centrally located to Kona. The building was very well maintained
Property manger, Rob was there with answers to any questions.
The condo was well supplied with anything you might need. Even peroxide and rubbing alcohol. LoL Only thing we had to buy was extra toilet paper.
We would stay again in a heartbeat.

My partner and I really appreciated this Condo. It was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. We were able to easily walk to all the Alii Strip restaurants, shops and the pier. Highly recommended.

Loved waking up to the palm tree balcony level view and the church and Sunday morning bells were beautiful. The condo was equipped with so much beach umbrellas to boogie boards to lots of kitchen stuff and great reference reading about the area. Convenient to everything.
