Beautiful property and nice amenities

My family has stayed at this complex several times before. We’d recommend this complex, but not this unit. After a few nights my pregnant wife and 20 month old daughter became sick, and we noticed when we left, or the AC units were off, everyone’s conditions improved significantly. Looking at the AC units more closely (that we paid extra to use), they were full of black mold, confirmed by the on-island contact. This caused us to check out early and find other accommodations due to health concerns. We made the owner aware of the situation, and requested a partial refund. We got the 30 day cancellation policy sent back to us, and a sorry you got sick.
This rental is located just a few miles outside of the busy Kona area in a private and well secured resort golf course location. Just two minutes away from great restaurants and a large grocery store, the rental was roomier than expected and even included two outside porch areas (one off the master bedroom). we were very satisfied with everything and we will return to rent this same unit again next year.

Quite enjoyed my stay
This place was a perfect getaway for my family and 2-year-old daughter. Check-in was quick and easy at the front desk, and it took no time to get settled. All of the rooms were clean and organized. It was lovely waking up in the morning to birds chirping and relaxing with a cup of coffee out on the Lanai. The pool area is close by and overlooks the ocean, which is perfect for watching sunsets, and it wasn't overly busy whenever we visited. The host was in communication when an issue came up, and the response and actions taken to resolve it were A++ quality work by them and the contractors.
Overall, we had a very memorable visit for the three nights we stayed. It is on the top of our list to stay at again next time we come to Kona.
Condo was exactly as pictured, beautiful mountain views from back lanai and a peek at the ocean from the front lanai. Had everything we needed, spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the use of the Tommy Bahama chairs and cooler for beach days. Would absolutely stay again!

Convenient, quiet, clean. Had beach chairs, snorkeling equipment , umbrellas and boogy boards as a bonus that we used.
This was our second stay at this condo and it did not disappoint! We love the location. We love the complex. The Internet is fantastic. The place is spotlessly clean, and everything that you would need is in the condo. Check in and check out is super easy. We will definitely stay in this condo next time we go to Kona.
Property with pristine condo. We’re extremely nice. Everything is well maintained. Not too far from a nice beach. Not too far from the local tourist area for eating dining all that kind of stuff. Highly recommend staying here.
It has two lanais, a large one off the living room facing the golf course and a smaller one off the bedroom which has limited ocean view. It is exceptionally well appointed to provide almost everything one would need for an enjoyable Hawaiian vacation.
With out a doubt the nicest condo I’ve ever stayed at. Quiet, private, clean, ocean front, 3 pools, perfect location away from Kailua traffic. Great staff. Look forward to staying there again. 5 star
