We were pleasantly surprised by this unit. There have been some updates that aren't reflected in the photos and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property is a beautiful ocean front property with two pools and a great beach area and cabana with grills. I've stayed at Casa de Emdeko once before and I prefer this unit as it's ground floor and has easy access to parking and you can walk right out the lanai to the pool. Since it's in the middle of the property it's just a short walk to the beach and salt water pool. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in the Kona area. Mahalo for sharing your space with us!
Warren was very responsive to any questions and needs. There was a mix up with the house cleaners but Warren immediately took care of it. The last time we stayed in this unit it was quieter. This time the upstairs neighbor was quite loud moving furniture around and up each morning at 6 stomping around. Everything in the unit was great. Well stocked and ready for the beach.
We have always enjoyed our stays at the Casa de Emdeko! This location was nice. The condo was clean and had adequate supplies. I would suggest an extra set of sheets for the king bed for those who have a long term stay. Other than that, we loved our stay in 129. Thank you Warren!

Host was great and easy to communicate with, location was perfect (with gated parking and entry) and the condo and surrounding property were well kept and overall fantastic.
I usually hate sleeping on sleeper sofas, but the one they had was comfortable. If I ever come back to Kona, I will definitely stay here again.
The outdoor property and pools are lovely, it’s a very community feel. The day we arrived a group were playing Christmas tunes on their ukulele’s under the cabana, loved this! In the evening they blew their conch shells at sunset.
The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed, thank you!
The bathroom was not clean when we arrived, but I spoke with Warren about this and he said they’d be sure to deal with the cleaners for the next time.
Location was close to town.

Very well located and quiet. The place was perfect for us, kitchen well stocked, bedroom and bed were very comfortable to stay and sleep in. People in the condo complex were all very nice, 2 miles from downtown Kona. It was perfect for us to come back each night and have dinner and wind down for the next days adventure.
Wonderful & convenient location. Grounds at the condo are clean & beautiful. Everything we needed to enjoy our time in Kona was available to us. I would highly recommend this property!!

The property was perfect for us. We love Kona because it is not so touristy. The property was as advertised. The air conditioning at night was a must for us and not many properties offered this. So much better than an hotel experience.
