Tom, our host, was wonderful! He answered all our questions before our stay and was available via text and email during our stay. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable with a great view.
We enjoyed our stay very much! It was quiet, relaxing, had everything we needed,& in a good location. Tip, the easiest way to find the unit, after entering the parking garage, is to just park outside the unit, and walk up the steps, rather than finding/using the elevators.
We stayed for a 3 week vacation. We absolutely loved our stay, and Tom is an amazing person to work with! I definitely recommend staying here if you plan on vacationing in Kailua Kona.
Perfect location for our first stop on the Big Island! Close to many fun spots. Great communication with the host. Easy check in. Clean and comfortable. Free easy parking is a plus!
Very comfortable bed and clean unit!! Everything you need for a great vacation! I would stay there again for sure!
This is a small studio with a King Bed and a couch that makes a twin bed. The King Bed has 3 inch foam pad on top of mattress which makes so you feel every movement of other person The sheets need upgraded very old and scratchy. Towels are good. Beach towels and toys were great. This is small unit only one chair to watch tv in not in bed. Only about a 2 feet of useable space around bed. Good for only a couple with small child. Not great for 2 adults.
The accomodations at this condo were fabulous and it is in the perfect location. Its close to multiple beaches, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed having a kitchen to cook breakfast and make coffee on days we didnt eat out and especially appreciated having a washer and dryer. The patio has a view of the ocean and it was wonderful waking up and being able to see the view from the bed. The host was wonderful and was extremely responsive to questions we had and even recommended restauants to go to. Definitely recommend!!
Our condo was awesome! The nice house cleaner did a great job, the condo was very clean. Has a great lanai with a view. The owner was a treat to deal with and very attentive to any of our needs! The only caution we have is the bed, it’s so comfortable you might not want to get out and start your day!!! 😉
He has everything you’d need for the beach and pool! Stocked nicely and easy load and unload location!
Definitely recommend this unit for any couples looking for a beautiful Kona vacation!!!!
We really enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed, plenty of space for the two of us, including the most comfortable bed. Very quiet here. Handy to have washer and dryer and nice size kitchen and very bigh covered linea. We would definitely love to come stay in this unit again!
We passes a week,there, to visit the island. Owner was responsive and all indications were clear and detailed. The beach gear is complete and we enjoyed using it.
Would recommend the place for anyone who wish a quiet place to rest and chill after visiting some parts of the island
This is our 2nd stay at this Property and its fantastic. Close access to the beaches and downtown. Your right on the ocean and the views are phenomenal.
