Clean and comfortable. It is across the street from the ocean and we watched the sunsets each evening. We also were entertained by local surfers each day and evening. Great location with snorkeling a couple miles south.A “winter storm” was predicted and the owner made sure we were aware of it. He sent a text to notify us that an email would be coming. Great service!
Pictures are little deceiving but overall a good location. Found a big black hair in the bed so that kinda made the bed not feel clean , bed was soft so if you like a firm mattress it might be a problem. AC was really loud but needed to run or it would be way too warm in the bedroom
This property was wonderful. Super clean, well stocked kitchen, great location, and easy access to the free shuttle into town or shopping. Would definitely stay here again!
Although this property is situated right on Alii drive - it’s situated right on Alii drive in Kona! The suite was clean and comfortable. All amenities that I needed right at hand. Ocean was directly across the street (you can see the waves from the Kano window. Not even a 2 minute walk to the beach/lawn area. Lawn furniture readily available at the times I went out. Pool was chilly, my grand kids loved it and it was a good shady spot to cool off. There is a free trolley service up and down the length of Alii drive with numerous stops. Ask at the desk for a copy of the schedule. No rental required to come and go right to town. A/C and WIFI worked great in the unit. Road was a bit noisy but I got used to it. Overall a great stay in this unit
Nice, safe location, but lacked any extra amenities & seemed dated. Could use updating & better cooling system. Bedroom never cools off.

The house was perfect for a little getaway!! The location was only a couple miles from downtown with amazing views minutes from the front door! The home was very well stocked with stuff for the beach and every kitchen utensil imaginable! The host was very responsive and answered any questions before the trip within hours. Highly recommend!
No complaints, place was exactly as described. Parking was a bit confusing initially.

The place was great. It was very clean and parking was free. We did come during a hot spell, so the air conditioner did not keep up with the heat. The bedroom was a little warm to sleep in, but we did circulate the air with the provided fan. The neighbors were friendly and were pretty quiet during the quiet hours. There is really no view of the ocean from this location, but it is just a short walk across the street. For us, we were just looking for a good place to sleep and change, we were on the go most of our week long trip and this place was good for that.

Nice little condo in a great location across the road from the beach. Neighbors were friendly, there is staff on site who helped with a few issues right away and were very pleasant. Parking is in a convenient location and you can choose your spot except for the permanently reserved stalls. The chairs and umbrellas were very nice to have and we used them more than we anticipated.
The great thing about this place is that is close to shops and restaurants. Right across the street is the beach. The place Also had a full kitchen and washer and dryer. I can't wait til come back

We had a lovely stay in Kona Bali Kai #241. The place is well appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay on the island. The beach and pool are located across the street and parking is free. The condo has been fully updated and couldn't be better. We fully enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we make it back to the island.
