If you have a stay that qualifies for housekeeping services, traditional housekeeping service will be performed every 7th day. This includes refreshing the condo and exchanging bed linens, bath towels, and amenities. Housekeeping services take place between 8 am - 430 pm daily. We are happy to bring back our Aloha Greet to welcome guests to the condo on arrival. Specific great times are set on your day of arrival.
A Note From The Owner:
We love relaxing on our sunny ground level lanai with its spectacular view of the ocean, West Maui Mountains and the Islands of Kaho'olawe, Molokini and Lanai. It feels like it is our front yard! Just a few steps across the manicured lawn is the white sand beach and miles of unobstructed strolls along the beach. Listening to the chorus of birds in the morning and watching brilliant sunsets in the evening is magical.
From November to May we can see whales spouting, jumping, or slapping their tails from the lanai. Across the street guests love to visit the Farmer's Market where you can get tropical fresh fruits, vegetables and freshly made baked goods then bring back to enjoy on our lanai. You can do as much or as little as you want. The Kihei Beach Condominium is so centrally located you can drive almost anywhere in minutes south to Wailea and Makena, West to Lahaina, Kapalua or north to Paia, and the North Shore, its all close by, or you can choose to just sit on our lanai or on a chaise lounge on the grass and read a book while glancing at the amazing view. It is the perfect vacation get away! Our unit offers a 42-inch flat screen TV, DVD player, and complimentary internet connection.
Kihei Beach offers sweeping views of Kahoolawe, Molokini and the dazzling Pacific Ocean and a friendly casual atmosphere. Fronting the property is Sugar Beach, well known for it's romantic sunsets, great swimming, miles of unspoiled strolling beach and seasonal whale watching. Kihei Beach offers central air conditioning, oceanfront pool area, gas barbecues, laundry facilities and free parking. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen, cable television, free local phone service, a private lanai, complimentary high-speed internet service and luxury linens.

We had a great stay, except for one problem. That is the bathroom and bedroom did not have any locks. This was a huge inconvenience for us as we were a family of 4, with 2 young girls. The owner refused to get the locks repaired!

Property was exactly like the pictures show. The ground level, walk-from-lanai to beach in about 30 steps experience was precisely what we wanted and were paying for! And often times the beach itself was empty as we walked...as if we ordered a private island getaway all to ourselves!

We usually stay on west Maui but tried this side. It was a great property, steps from the beach. Not much to see snorkeling but great for swimming.

We absolutely love staying at the condo. The view is amazing and the condo is updated. The bed was so comfortable I was shocked!’
That location is outside of town but that was what we want it so perfect for us but still walking distance to the bakery and the ABC store and the farmers market. Definitely a repeat stay!

There were a few issues with the property including the air-conditioner being out, washing machine not working properly and the sofa bed being very uncomfortable. The furniture could use an upgrade but it was suitable. The kitchen is very well stocked and the bathroom is beautifully remodeled. The proximity to the beach couldn’t be better and the ground floor level was amazing. We would definitely stay there again as the location was fantastic. We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home.

The condo appears in person just as it does in the photos. Comfortable bed, nice kitchen (although it would have been nice if they supplied coffee filters), spacious living area and updated bathroom. We enjoyed most of our time out on the lawn in front of the condo with our 2 kids under 2 years old. Nice pool, great beach access and the highlight of every morning was waking up and enjoying coffee on the lanai while we watched the canoe club practice in the ocean directly in front of the condo. The a/c in the main part of the condo was great, nice & cool. It did not cool down the bedroom very well, it was extremely hot, even with the bedroom door left open all day so we had to use the fan at all times to keep it comfortable. Our baby monitors showed the bedroom was about 78 degrees when the living room was kept around 72 degrees. The pull out sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable - would not recommend this as a sleeping option for anyone (even kids). We used the recommended baby rental company and were very pleased we had a full size crib, pack n play/bassinet, highchair and bouncy seat all set up and waiting for us when we arrived late at night. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back. We would book this unit again if traveling with only 2 adults or babies. As our family grows we will probably look for a 2 bedroom unit so we have more space, but definitely an enjoyable week!

We loved the location right off the beach--perfect for sunrise/sunset from the lanai & long walks on the sand. Just across the street was a great bakery with breakfast & treats, plus shaved ice, small farm stand, & an ABC Store. The bed support was broken when we arrived but was fixed speedily the next day, and the handyman went above & beyond by adding extra support to ensure it did not happen again. It was clean, accurate to the photos, & updated; nice to have laundry & detergent in the unit too.

Great place! The management company looking after the place does a wonderful job. The place was very clean and well stocked.
We loved the location and the quiet beach in front of the property.
