The condo was nice and clean and spacious. The information regarding the unit was lacking. Required several emails to get things straightened out. The parking at this place is a mess. There was a Tsunami that made us a day late. No credit was given for that. Overall I’ll give it a solid “meh”. Kauai is anazing!
Well thought out condo that had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.This is not a fancy complex, but the pool and hot tub are great, and it's easy to get around the area.We'd def rent again!
This place was nice and clean and had ac which was nice. Check in was very easy. Parking was a little tight. But over all a very nice place to stay
Excellent communication from owner, cute, clean, bright (though I felt I needed to keep the drapes closed because it's ground floor and busy outside!), lovely towels and provided shampoo/conditioner, many basics supplied (oil, spices), along with some welcome treats:) BUT...and it's a big one...the walls are paper-thin. Several times I was startled by thinking somebody was in the room with me. I heard conversations about the virtues of salt and vinegar chips, that Melissa needed to bring down the small suitcase, and one morning I was awoken by the sound of someone beating eggs...with a fork. Earplugs definitely helped with sleeping, but during the day and in the evening it was pretty annoying (and startling!)
Super nice and modern apartment. It was very clean and the facilities left nothing to be desired. We were completely satisfied.

I travel all over the world taking large groups of people to wonderful destinations. this trip however was just for my husband and myself. We both had never been to kauai and since a friend was getting married here we decided to go out on our own. What a wonderful place we called home for 7 days. the accommodations were exactly what was described and the contacts and updates were spot on. we will be back! that is a fact!

Princeville was a great place to be. Unit was clean and simple. Loved the community. We had a fantastic time. Would stay here again.
This was our 4th visit to Kauai and in the past we always stayed in Lahui or Kapaa. We really enjoyed staying on the north end of the island this time and your property worked well for us. The unit itself was clean with nice furniture and we took advantage of the pool most days too.
The condo is in a great location close to Foodland in Princeville and convenient if you want to go to Hanalei Bay or Anini Beach. It's equipped with chairs, umbrellas, cooler - everything you need for beach day. Community is nice and has a great pool and jacuzzi. There was a cute resident cat who likes to sleep on the porch. Overall, it was a great place to stay.
The condo had everything we needed for an economical stay. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for cooking. We encountered a couple of issues, such as both the units smoke detectors had been removed from the unit. Property management at first wasn’t very concerned until I insisted that this was a safety issue and they did end up installing new smoke detectors the following day. The bed is extremely soft, so if you enjoy sleeping on a soft mattress you’ll love it. If you prefer a firmer mattress look elsewhere. The bed frame is broken and kept literally falling apart every time my husband sat on the bed. Upon investigation, the wooden frame under the mattress was literally duct taped together. We weren’t pleased. The bathroom had some mildew staining, which isn’t altogether unexpected somewhere as humid as Kauai, however we were rather disappointed in the cleanliness of the shower. The rest of the unit was very clean though. There is some noise from neighbors, the walls are rather thin. Overall it was a nice, functional unit for an economical stay on the island.
