We had a great time in this rental, and the included beach gear was very useful. Checking in and out was a breeze and communication with the owner was fast. It has been fairly well maintained and cleaned pretty good, as it’s been well used by many renters. We did see a few roaches as forewarned in the description - you’re in a tropical area, so you are going to see bugs. I’d recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for an affordable place in a beautiful area.
Perfect location to beaches, restaurants, grocery market, hikes, golf etc. Clean townhouse that is well kept with plenty of space. Peter, the host was very kind and responded to all our questions with patience. The beaches nearby are gorgeous and mesmerized us. There is plenty of beach gear including snorkels, fins, boogie boards, children beach toys. We loved Kauai and our home away from home and hope to return and stay in the very same townhome again next year. Thank you Peter!

This was a very nice and comfortable place.
Excellent location near the trailhead for the steep trail to Wyllie's Beach. House was clean and well equipped with beach gear. We were happy to find a rice cooker in the kitchen cabinet. Communication with Peter was great. He responded quickly to all our messages.
We loved our stay here! The townhouse was lovely and very close to Hanalei where we spent quite a bit of time.
A gorgeous perfect stay in Kauai! My husband and I stayed here after a wedding on the big island and couldn’t have been more pleased with this clean, spacious, well outfitted townhouse. Peter was an amazing host, reassuringly communicative and hospitable from a’far. You will love the location, near one of the most gorgeous beaches and all the natural splendor of the garden isle, as well as walking distance to Princeville Center, a mini-village for groceries, amenities. We were fortunate to come across this property in Princeville. Centrally located near shopping, dining, beaches and more. Lovely accommodations that had everything you could ask for in comfort and convenience. Fully stocked kitchen as well as laundry in the unit. Refreshed bathrooms, and nice island decor. Property manager was responsive and timely with communication. Would definitely consider this again for a future stay on Kauai. Mahalo!
Great location to all the north has to offer. Very quiet area surrounded by beautiful foliage. Can grab a bite or drink just a stroll out your front door at the Westin.
Enjoyed our stay and host was easy to communicate with.
We really appreciated the open space with hight ceiling in the living room and the dinning room. The kitchen had all we expected and we loved to use the central island for breakfast or to cook.
All rooms were bigger than they appear in the pictures, except for the bathroom upstairs, which was a must for the couple sleeping upstairs.
The kids decided to sleep separated so we used the hight quality and confortable inflatable mattress and were able to leave it behind the couch during our stay with no problem circulating around.
There we some moisture on the lanai, but we did not use it at all and let say it comes with the extraordinary luxurious vegetation on the garden Island so we didn’t care. Anyway , there is plenty to do outside during the day and we enjoyed the large tv to watch movies on apple tv at night.
Peter was fast to answer all our questions. He made sure we were confortable and had all we needed. Very friendly and not complicated.
It was close to the Kalalua trail and the fabilous Hanalei Bay beach which is the one we prefered on the island, but a bit far from the attractions of the south. But since we stayed only 5 nights, we prefered to stay in only one place and make the trip a couple times. For a longer stay I would probably choose a second place on the south ( close to Shipreck beach) but would definitivly keep 4-5 nights in that place.
