With new wood floors & upgrades throughout, you will not be disappointed. The fully equipped kitchen and primary living area are located on the upper level. You will find everything you need to prepare a feast fit for a king, including a gas grill, to prepare a tropical feast. An expansive kitchen island, with seating for 3, provides the perfect space to prepare and share the day’s meals.
The mountainside and ocean-side suites are located on the upper level with air-conditioning. Both suites are generous with king-sized beds & their own dedicated bathrooms suites. The mountain-side suite boasts a large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower with rainhead. Amazing views of mountain fed waterfalls are seen through the sliding doors adjacent to the bed. The ocean-side suite has an incredible walk-in rain shower with two heads.
The lower level has 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms & a separate living room area with a foosball and game. The mountainside bedroom has two twin beds, offering a surfer theme. Our lanai-side Queen bedroom is quiet, with access to a lanai that leads to our open grassy lawn and hot tub. The third oceanside bedroom with a Queen, boasts an amazing cross breeze with two sets of sliding glass doors for great ventilation. The downstairs living space is established as a second living room, with a large Smart TV & seating area.
Enjoy a relaxing time in the hot tub and let all the worries soak away! Afterward, unwind in the soothing warmth of the sauna. There are many great spaces to lie & rest in the shade, under a palm tree.
The house is two blocks from Hanalei Town & a block and a half from the Pine Trees beach access on beautiful Hanalei Bay. You can't beat Hanalei Bay with its relatively flat, hard sand that seems to stretch into the warm Pacific Ocean for miles.

Our entire family spent wonderful week in Hanalei Bay at this beautiful home. The layout allowed for great family time and still afforded us privacy when needed. It was equally close to the beach and the town... no need to get in the car, everything was within walking distance.

Hale Hanalei was an awesome paradise house for our extended family vacation. Our favorite spot was the deck right off the living room / kitchen where we hosted dinners with all 10 of us plus 3 others staying locally. Multiple generations were able to really enjoy the home! We were very impressed with all the extras - chairs, bogey boards, some snorkel stuff, clothes washer soap, etc.Comes with a Nespresso (original) machine that is flacky and makes a mess everytime it is used but we brought our own Vertuo and only used it sparingly (espresso martini?)

We all enjoyed the property. Yhe house was very user friendly. The only complaint was from those who slept down stairs where there was no A/C.The icw maker downstairs did not work and the fridge ice maker could not keep up with the 10 of us. It was a very enjoyable visit. Hanalei is the best representation of Kauai. I would stay no where else.

This property has been a favorite, I have stayed here twice and it hasn't disappointed. It's perfectly located near restaurants, cafe's and the local beaches are just steps away. Both stays the place was clean, orderly, and felt just like at home. I'd even go as far as to call this a dream home. Amenities are wonderful and there is so much space. I look forward to booking this home again and would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit the area.

This was a terrific location for a family celebration and reunion for a group who love to snorkel and surf. Great surfing opportunities as well as excellent shopping within walking distance. Well-maintained property with great amenities. Property management was very responsive.

The house is located about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and town. There is a soup kitchen located directly next door to the house and there were some sketcky folks meandering about on days that it was open.
The concierge service advertised was essentially useless. They were unable or unwilling to make us dinner reservations or reservations for certain activities. The response to our inquiries were bascially that we had to do it ourselves. Unfortunately we were not given a heads up that we needed to make reservations for dinner and activies weeks if not months in advance.
The house itself is nice and roomy and has undergone a recent face lift.
Overally, i would look to stay somewhere else as we would expect better service and location for a high end property.
