The entry is on the first level: to the right of the foyer is a large suite/media room with two full beds, TV, sitting area, refrigerator, bathroom, and a full laundry area. To the left of the foyer is a stairwell to the second level where the magic really unfolds.
Upstairs you will find yourself in the great room featuring a large inviting and well equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room that opens out to the covered lanai. Three massive sliding doors retract to create an indoor/outdoor living space that allows the cool trade winds to gently blow through the home. The lanai has a cozy sofa and two chairs with ottomans and is a perfect place to kick back with a drink and relax. The lanai also has a gas grill adjacent to the lounge area to grill up the fresh catch of the day.
There are four beautifully appointed bedrooms upstairs. There are two master suites which makes the house an ideal location for extended family trips, or sharing a vacation with another family. The master bedrooms, located at opposite ends of the hallway, each come equipped with King size beds, air conditioning, and full en-suite master bathrooms. Between the two master bedrooms are two more bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill full bathroom. . The remaining bedroom has two full beds. The upstairs bedrooms can accommodate 10 sleepers while the lower suite can sleep an additional 2 people.
Outside in the large carport you have a selection of beach gear including beach towels, chairs, umbrella, rolling cooler, boogie boards, beach wagon, and misc toys. Surf boards and bikes are available for rent upon request.
TSUNAMI EVACUATION ZONE: This property is located in a Tsunami Evacuation zone, in the event of a Tsunami warning guests must evacuate to Princeville.

The home was pretty in person than in the pictures. You cannot get a more ideal location in Hanalei. Steps from the beach and center of town.
Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and perfect. The home is modernized without compromising a Hawaiian feel.
Plenty of beach towels. Chairs, umbrellas, and cooler available was convenient. Living room was comfortable and great for a movie at night.
I cannot express how much we loved this place. I’m home now but my heart is still there. You will not regret booking here.

House is lovely, location is great. Open floor plan was nice. Overall, we enjoyed the house. Krisha is gracious and responsive by text but repairs need to be made. Things to be aware of: Fridge not working properly; temp was 50 degrees for most of our stay. Hot water in master bath lasts for five minutes at most. Dishwasher is horrible - soap not dissolving properly, dishes covered in food and soap even after running cycle twice. Digital oven control won't respond to 6, 7, or 8 in choice of temperature. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans but not with basic food items beyond salt and pepper.

We enjoyed a week as an extended family of 10. The layout is very open making it easy for the whole family to gather and spend time together, and big enough that everyone was also able to spread out into their space, as well. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our family had an incredible vacation in Hanalei, thanks to our stay at this wonderful home just a short walk from the beach. Located within easy reach of charming food trucks and the iconic Wishing Well, this house offered the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. We spent our days swimming and exploring the shoreline, and evenings enjoying delicious local treats from the nearby trucks. One of our favorite memories was watching breathtaking sunsets from the Hanalei Pier, where we often gathered to jump into the crystal-clear waters below. The cozy living spaces and well-equipped kitchen made it easy to relax and unwind after a day of adventure. This home provided everything we needed for a peaceful and memorable getaway in one of Hawaii's most beautiful locations. We can't wait to visit again soon!

The Hanalei Bay house was ideal for our large family. The beautifully decorated home has accessibility to the beach and the town for dining and shopping. May I make some suggestions for the homeowner..
there is a downstairs apartment suite that needs to have the carpet ripped out and put a stone flooring in. The musty smell was overpowering. We were asked to keep the house tidy although the vacuum cleaner did not work.
Outside beach chairs were an added plus but the umbrellas need to be thrown in the trash. Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms while the rest of the house is warm depending on the weather that day.

This is a terrific rental for a large group. The common area/kitchen is huge. Great for cooking and hanging out. Easy walk into town or to the beach. The home is in very good condition with nice furniture and a good layout. Krisha (the manager) was available when we had a question.

Loved the house and Hanalei Bay! The location couldn’t have been better. The house was clean and well stocked. Easy to cook for a large group. Tons of space for everyone. AC in bedrooms was nice and cold. Blackout curtains helped everyone sleep in. Wonderful stay, thank you!

The house layout was great with plenty of room for everyone to sit down and visit.
We loved sitting outside on the deck
The only down side was all the traffic in the road in front of the house. It woke up some of the family members early in the morning.
