Step into this quaint, ground floor home and feel what it would be like to live as a simple surfer on Maui. All of the comforts of home are present; fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom with shower/tub combo and an open living space with Smart TV, AC, ceiling fan and a glass sliding door to your garden sun deck. Step out and sip your morning coffee in the sun at the table for 2 then enjoy evening sips below the dark starry night sky.
The bedroom features a plush queen sized bed with beachy décor, AC and ceiling fan to help cool the room in the summer months.
Additional amenities include full sized washer and dryer in the home along with beach chairs and beach towels for use during your stay. Community gas grill on site as well. Unit does not have a dishwasher, but all is supplied to make hand washing your dishes an easy task.
Located in the heart of South Kihei, Hale Mahialani has only 7 units and is central to the best activities South Maui has to offer. Just a quick stroll to nearby grocery stores, boutiques & shops as well as popular restaurants such as Three’s Bar & Grill, Kihei Caffe, Paia Fish Market South and South Shore Tiki Lounge. Take advantage of some of the best snorkeling, learn to surf, and also enjoy the wide variety of premier golf courses on Maui. Local favorite Charley Young Beach is 184 feet from your front door and you have Kamaole 1 Beach and Park less than a block away. Less than 1/2 block to Charley Young beach, the middle of all things in Kihei! Excellent accommodations! The condo is quiet and has everything you could want: Washer/dryer, full kitchen, queen sofa bed in addition to the private bedroom with queen bed. Wonderful lanai for morning coffee after a sunrise walk on the beach. Agency was very responsive to TV/Internet problem, they are adding instructions as to which remote to use and how to easily reset it:-) We will be back!

You can see and hear the ocean from the outside patio. Hale Mahialani #3 is a 1 bedroom fully equipped and clean condo. From the delicious welcoming snacks to the comfortable beach chairsI saw turtles , fish and a Hawaiian spotted crab snorkeling at Charles Young Beach. The surf shack is located in Kihei, low key and less touristy. Kihei’s beaches and restaurants were great. Caffe O’Lei is reasonable with a varied menu. The location is close to Wailea where we went to a luau at theGrand Wailea. There is a nice boardwalk along the beaches of Wailea .Ho’okipa Beach has turtles sunning on the beach as well as surfers and windsurfers. It’s just outside Paia, a old mining town with cute stores and restaurants. The walk along the coast of Kapalua is spectacular. Napili Kai Bay has a restaurant Seahorse House with a beautiful view of the bay. Close by is a snorkeling place with lots of turtles.

I celebrated my birthday in Kihei with my BF…it was his first time to Hawaii❤️ we had such a lovely and relaxing week away! We were just steps to the beach🥰 which meant we had coffee on the beach EVERY morning, had LOTS of time to swim and see turtles and watched sunsets on clear nights (there were a couple of cloudy evenings) We were walking distance to a grocery store and some really yummy places to eat (Maui’s fish and chips, King’s Chinese BBQ-AN ABSOLUTE MUST)
The property itself was great! Clean with all the amenities. Beach towels and beach chairs at the house made it perfect for lounging. I’m a little weird but I still really like to cook when I’m on vacation and we had everything we needed to cook several meals. We were even greeted with a nice welcome treat basket ❤️
The neighbors are absolutely wonderful and welcoming and we chatted and swam with them often. We look forward to coming back!! Mahalo

This property is in a very good location close to the beach and close to town. The unit was clean and easily accessible.
The living room couch & chair could use some updating and the outside space could be cleaned up and turned into something very cute and useful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the neighbors are very very nice.

Watching the amazing sunsets in the evening and hearing the ocean waves at night from here was a great way to end the busy days and lull me to sleep. The neighbors who have been locals for some time were friendly and informative too. Would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!
