The place was truly lovely. The set up for everything and everything that you need to make life easy. I would stay at this place again!
Everything was as stated. We loved the location. Easy access to the beach, places to eat, places to purchase supplies. Daniel was so easy to work with. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella which made out beach day so much more enjoyable. Although we didn't do any cooking, it was well stocked if we had chosen to go that route.
This was the perfect condo for our stay. There were two of us and we found it was just enough room for us and our stuff. It was very easy to find the place as well as check in. Perfect location for all activities and dining. Kitchen was also fully stocked with anything you would need.
Daniel's studio was just what we needed for 2 adults who wanted to be able to do laundry and have easy parking in a close to beaches location. Beaches are at the end of the block and walkable. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, ice cream, bars (one with nightly live music), the cinnamon roll place etc. While we found ourselves in the West Maui area more often, we really loved the South Kiehi area (where Daniel's studio is). From a woman's perspective, I loved that the property's hair dryer had a 'cool' setting. When you're somewhere where it's always hot, but you still want to be able to dry your hair, this was a much better hair dryer than I've had in other places. I know it's a minor thing, but it made me happy. He also had a fan in the bathroom. Also, uniquely, this is the first VRBO property were the host had flashlights available. I really appreciated this also, just in case! I actually used one to walk from where the location is on the property to the street at night. The only negative I can think of is I would have a better lit parking area. The assigned car spot is in the back corner, the darkest part of the lot. But I was never alone so this was not a huge deal. Mahalo to Daniel!

Small, but well equipped and maintained unit with everything one would need. Had a little trouble getting the cable TV fired up, but worked flawlessly once it was figured out. The host Daniel was very responsive and helpful. My only complaint would be a noisy rooster crowing at 3:45 AM, but that’s beyond anyone’s control. I would recommend the unit and would return again for sure!

I had a great stay. The condo in a great location, south end of Kihei, easy to get in an out of and quick to the highway. The unit had all the essentials, plus beach towels, chairs, etc. Easy walk to the beach park, lots of restaurant options within a 10 minute walk.
The place is next to a beatiful beach park where there are showers, a rest room and lifeguards. The room is clean, quiet and has everyting you need for a great vacation. The host, Daniel, was extremely accomidating. We arrived in Maui in the early morning and left in the evening. Daneil allowed us to check in early and stayed late in the place. Thank you very much Daneil!
This was our first time visiting Kihei, and Daniel's place was just what we were hoping for! Centrally located to the beach, shops, and restaurants, but also quiet & peaceful for our re-charging time at home. A lovely studio that we would be happy to visit in the future!
The studio was clean, conveniently located, and had everything you’d need for a Maui vacation. Loved the plantings and view from the lanai.
This condo is even better than the listing! Clean…clean.This condo shows pride of ownership and I loved it! Location is amazing if you love to walk ..or, if you don’t. Closer to the South end of Kihei and right across the street from the beach. Bed is comfortable, plenty of towels, beach chairs & umbrella, kitchen is well-stocked and linens are very nice. Mini-Split AC works amazing and is very efficient.and quiet. I hope to stay here again on my next trip to Kihei. The complex is very well-taken care of and very clean…pools are both heated and very well-maintained. Daniel, the host, is very attentive and has great communication. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

The condo worked out for us just fine! The only problem was if the resort had a shopping cart to help haul groceries to your condo! And, a few more benches along the sidewalk to take a rest from walking up hill. It would be nice if both pool areas were the same. The owner, Daniel, kept in touch with us which was nice. Enjoyed our stay!
One of the nicest rentals I’ve ever stayed at. Great balcony with an ocean view. Everything was very clean from the bathroom to the bed sheets. Furniture was comfortable. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas were a nice touch. Fully equipped kitchen and large washer and dryer to keep your clothes clean and sand free! Especially helpful as I was traveling light. Had one minor issue with check in as I couldn’t find the entry code, but Daniel was quick to respond and provide the code once contacted. Overall a great experience and would definitely go back!
