Daniel's studio was just what we needed for 2 adults who wanted to be able to do laundry and have easy parking in a close to beaches location. Beaches are at the end of the block and walkable. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, ice cream, bars (one with nightly live music), the cinnamon roll place etc. While we found ourselves in the West Maui area more often, we really loved the South Kiehi area (where Daniel's studio is). From a woman's perspective, I loved that the property's hair dryer had a 'cool' setting. When you're somewhere where it's always hot, but you still want to be able to dry your hair, this was a much better hair dryer than I've had in other places. I know it's a minor thing, but it made me happy. He also had a fan in the bathroom. Also, uniquely, this is the first VRBO property were the host had flashlights available. I really appreciated this also, just in case! I actually used one to walk from where the location is on the property to the street at night. The only negative I can think of is I would have a better lit parking area. The assigned car spot is in the back corner, the darkest part of the lot. But I was never alone so this was not a huge deal. Mahalo to Daniel!

Small, but well equipped and maintained unit with everything one would need. Had a little trouble getting the cable TV fired up, but worked flawlessly once it was figured out. The host Daniel was very responsive and helpful. My only complaint would be a noisy rooster crowing at 3:45 AM, but that’s beyond anyone’s control. I would recommend the unit and would return again for sure!

I had a great stay. The condo in a great location, south end of Kihei, easy to get in an out of and quick to the highway. The unit had all the essentials, plus beach towels, chairs, etc. Easy walk to the beach park, lots of restaurant options within a 10 minute walk.
The place is next to a beatiful beach park where there are showers, a rest room and lifeguards. The room is clean, quiet and has everyting you need for a great vacation. The host, Daniel, was extremely accomidating. We arrived in Maui in the early morning and left in the evening. Daneil allowed us to check in early and stayed late in the place. Thank you very much Daneil!
This was our first time visiting Kihei, and Daniel's place was just what we were hoping for! Centrally located to the beach, shops, and restaurants, but also quiet & peaceful for our re-charging time at home. A lovely studio that we would be happy to visit in the future!
The studio was clean, conveniently located, and had everything you’d need for a Maui vacation. Loved the plantings and view from the lanai.
This condo is even better than the listing! Clean…clean.This condo shows pride of ownership and I loved it! Location is amazing if you love to walk ..or, if you don’t. Closer to the South end of Kihei and right across the street from the beach. Bed is comfortable, plenty of towels, beach chairs & umbrella, kitchen is well-stocked and linens are very nice. Mini-Split AC works amazing and is very efficient.and quiet. I hope to stay here again on my next trip to Kihei. The complex is very well-taken care of and very clean…pools are both heated and very well-maintained. Daniel, the host, is very attentive and has great communication. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

The condo worked out for us just fine! The only problem was if the resort had a shopping cart to help haul groceries to your condo! And, a few more benches along the sidewalk to take a rest from walking up hill. It would be nice if both pool areas were the same. The owner, Daniel, kept in touch with us which was nice. Enjoyed our stay!
One of the nicest rentals I’ve ever stayed at. Great balcony with an ocean view. Everything was very clean from the bathroom to the bed sheets. Furniture was comfortable. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas were a nice touch. Fully equipped kitchen and large washer and dryer to keep your clothes clean and sand free! Especially helpful as I was traveling light. Had one minor issue with check in as I couldn’t find the entry code, but Daniel was quick to respond and provide the code once contacted. Overall a great experience and would definitely go back!

This was a great rental! Short 5 min walk to the beach and close to many amenities! The owner, Daniel, was super-responsive to questions. He even brought an extra beach chair for us! Brand new washer-dryer unit was quite convenient. Enjoyed having breakfast on the breezy lanai. A great stay in Kihei!
This condo is cozy and perfect for two people. The kitchen and bathroom are especially well cleaned. The location is perfect: tucked away but still only a few minutes walk from the door to the sand of park two. Let the owner know if you want to use the pull out sofa, as there were no sheets in the unit for that bed when we stayed. New washer and dryer; beach chairs and umbrella were provided.

We were extremely happy with our rental, Daniel was great with all interactions and we would definitely stay again. The rental was just what we needed for the two of us. We loved the privacy of the lanai and the plants and birds were wonderful. The local restaurants within walking distance were great. The beaches across the street were easily accessible and we saw whales, turtles, and awesome sunsets.
Condo was clean, efficient and centrally located off of South Kihei Road.

First, i highly recommend this place. It is super close to the beach, Kihei's nightlife, restaurants, gas station, and the highway. Daniel was a great host, he sent us a lot of helpful information before hand. The check in process was fast and easy, the studio was clean and everything worked just fine. It was great to have a full kitchen since we did a couple of hikes, including the Haleakala sunrise, and we were able to make breakfast and lunch. Not only are you saving some money but there are places were you dont get many restaurant options (road to Hana, Haleakala, etc). There are some beach equipment (cooler, chairs, etc) that makes your day super fun, but if you need more there's Aunties beach rentals that have great prices and its about a block away. We were making a short trip to Maui after good time in Oahu. This is our second trip to Maui. This condo is located centrally for various activities. It has fully furnished kitchen and all the amenities required for both short term and long term stays. It is very close to Farmer's market on South Kihei Rd and we enjoyed fresh coconut water and mangoes there. Thank you Daniel.
We had a great time in Maui and really enjoyed your condo! Perfect location, fully stocked kitchen and great view! It is clear the owner knows how to ensure guest comfort, from the large safe, to the swimming gear, to the chairs and towels, he had everything covered! We are from the east coast so waking up early was easy. For those that need the condo to be completely dark at sunrise, the shades do not keep the sunlight out. Other than that, expecta fully stocked condo at an excellent location! Looking forward to a future visit to Maui!
I came by myself from Canada. This the first time I stayed in Daniel's condo. It was perfect. The condo was in a great spot - walking distance to everything - the beach, grocery stores, restaurants. I was woken up every morning to the birds singing and a view of lush greenery. It was private and quiet and perfectly stocked with everything I would need. Thank you!
This studio condo has it all. It is close to many activities and restaurants and at the same time in a quiet and serene area. We really enjoyed our morning walks to the west. All info relative to site-seeing,restaurants and directions provided by Daniel was very appreciative. We also downloaded a GYPSY App to our cell which was helpful with directions and provided a great history of Maui. We had a rental car for 2 weeks ,but it was only necessary for road trips to Hana, Haleakala and Lahaina . If our home in Eastern Canada were not so far away, we would definitely be back. South Kihei is a great vacation spot and this condo was perfect for my wife and I. Thanks again, !, Daniel.
