The property grounds are very well maintained. The pool and BBQ areas were sparked up daily by the resort staff who were all so kind and skilled.The condo had two Tommy Bahama chairs available for us to use and a couple of beach towels which was all we needed to get started. The kitchen had simple amenities and included all the basics.The highlight for us was the daily pool meetups with other families that had kids the same age. This crew would usually clear out around 11 and make way for the quiet book-reading poolside adults. There were always enough chairs for everyone.If you have a rental car I strongly recommend this spot. It’s within a 10 minute drive of so many beaches, shopping, Maui Ocean Center, quick to/from Kahului and good access to West Maui!
Thank you for letting us stay at your place. We love staying in this complex it’s close to everything. The condo has a beautiful view and everything you need. There’s just a few things that needs attention. The curtains have food on them and need to be cleaned. One of the screens on the doors are completely ripped on bottom half but neither one barely open or close and are very loud. These are minor things but we felt like we were bothering are neighbors every time we wanted to go on Lanai, it’s such a peaceful and quiet place. Maholo
My wife and I stayed for two weeks in February 2025. Pros: The views from the lanai are absolutely beautiful. We saw whales every day. The location on the island is close to everything. Cons: This accommodation did not meet my standard of cleanliness. Cupboards, cutlery and fridge were dirty. Behind and under the bed was very dirty. The coffee maker and blender had not been cleaned in along time - I went to Walmart and bought my own. Aside from the flooring and countertops, this place is in need of some TLC, updating and a thorough cleaning. For the rent and cleaning fees we paid, I expected far better. On a side note (and no fault of the owner) the pool area is very small and there is no bathroom. Every day we saw people spend a long time in the pool without leaving.

This property was well positioned for access to all the restaurants and public beach parks of Kihei without being right by them. It was a good value for the area and great for a couple. This particular unit doesn't face the sunset but there's a large yard and sandy beach on property to view sunset or watch the activity on the cove and beyond.
The condo was in an beautiful area and some very beautiful views of Maalaea Bay. the room was nice except for the TV’s, they where not very easy to operate and never was able to get the living room tv to work but we where not there to much to use them.
The view from the property was amazing. We took full adavantage of the kitchen and dinning area for breakfasts and lunches. We had a couple of questions during our stay. Management respond quickly and folloed up to make sure our needs were met. Great stay!!!
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Condo. It looked and felt as advertised. The only thing I would recommend as an improvement would be the bed, mattress, and pillows - I think they have aged and they should be replaced for a more comfortable stay.
Great access to the beach. Pool and hot tub was really good. Owner/management very responsive. Overall loved it and would stay here again!
We really liked the condo and location. Could use a little updating and issue with living room tv it was unplugged so i plugged it back in but never got it to work and TP dispenser screws stripped so it needs to be fixed. Overall we liked it and would stay there again.

Enjoyed 5 days in the apartment with our kids. They liked the pool. Central location, all parts of Maui easily to reach. Great view to the sea.
The property has all you need for your vacation. Ice cold central air, and the owner was very cooperative with my request. Convenient parking, and great ocean view with stunning sunset. Great place for a family of 4. I will definitely be back. Thanks Jim.
Our experience with the host who managed the place was rude and lied. He stated that he emailed us the door combination several time but no emails was never received. Complained that we woke him up when we call him for the door combination.
Place need to fix the patio door. It was off track and hard to open. Screen door was broken. Patio rail was loose on the bottom and wasn’t bolted. Very hazard.
Water was leaking underneath the toilet and bathroom floor was all wet. Cleaning person knew about this water leaking but we were never informed.
Top of the frig was dirty and nasty. Not enough storage containers.
Pool was closed for construction which the host never informed us.
In our experience this place could have been better if these issues would have been fixed before we arrived and the host’s attitude could been more polite. Too bad this page can’t attached pictures to show because I took pictures of the things that needed to be fixed. Hope these issues would be fixed before the next visitors check in to this place.

We decided on Kihei because we were visiting with friends who lived there. The location of the condo was perfect. It was right down the road from Maui Gardens food trucks, Da Kitchen and Izakaya Genbe - I would suggest trying all. The condo was very clean and spacious. We didn’t even need to turn on the air at all- due to the breeze and patio! We live in Florida, so that is amazing for March. We drank our coffee and tea out there. We took daily 3 mile walks right out the back and down the beach. Our tour guide picked up us right in front for the Halakelah sunrise tour. We loved it! I would highly recommend staying here. We even saw whales right from the beach in back! Great location, clean and great communication with Jim.

Property was clean and had a beautiful view. My only recommendation would be to improve beach chairs. We enjoyed our stay very much and would book with this property again.
The property was exactly as described on VRBO. Its proximity to the ocean was wonderful, a short walk over nice grass to the ocean. The location of the property is within a few miles of grocery shopping and restaurants. We found some very good ones and some not so very good ones. Condo was fully stocked with pots and pans. There was a laundry facility right outside the unit, and as long as you are familiar with phone apps, it works perfectly.
The main thing we missed in check in was that you absolutely cannot check in before 3 PM. Our plane arrives early around 10 and we were not able to gain access until three. Other than that, things went just as planned.
Nice, easy place to stay. Thoughtful amenities were provided like beach chairs, cooler, and clothes basket for laundry. Great that you can walk directly across a green space to the beach.
Relaxing, spacious lanai with a view of West Maui and the bay. I enjoyed sitting there in mornings listening to the many birds around.
Would have loved to be able to walk to the nearby shopping center and food trucks rather than drive. If you’re also hoping for that, just note the main road has no sidewalk or useful shoulder the whole way so it was an unpleasant walk. But that’s pretty typical of Maui, so not a big negative.
