The location was great, very easy access to the beach and restaurants. However a few items need to be addressed. 1.difficult to open the door with the key. 2. The top vent on the micro kept falling off each time we opened the door. 3. The small cooler zipper pull was broken so it was hard to close. 4. they need a bathroom rug for slippage after showers.
Location is fantastic…we loved the pool and the beaches right across the street! A/c worked well…the bed was comfy. We used the pavilion for a bbq…good for small group gatherings! We will absolutely be back!!!!
Jamie’s condo is in a great location, walking distance to so many things and directly across from Kam II beach. There’s beach chairs, and umbrella to use, basic kitchen stuff to be able to cook or make snacks and a great lanai to enjoy them on! She’s very responsive if you have questions. The complex has a nice pool to enjoy for those windy afternoons when the sand at the beach is blasting you too!
The location of this Condo is incredible. Walk 30 seconds to one of the most beautiful beaches in Maui. A minute walk to a couple delicious restaurants. A couple minute walk to a market, gift shops, and more restaurants.Absolutely incredible. We stayed with our 10 month old, and our 3 year old. Kitchen had what we needed. There was an infant chair and a pack in play. The pull out couch was comfortable. This is the best location we have stayed in our many trips to Maui.
I had the best trip. The condo was perfect. The location was ideal- within walking distance of everything I needed.
Best location in Kihei, comfy queen bed, books and dvds! Very cozy!
Condo needs a good cleaning & spruce up
Dust a half inch thick on bed frame
Window ledges & windows dirty, look like they haven’t been cleaned in years
Burned out light bulbs, no replacements in condo to fit
Toaster broken
Stove fan & light not working
Sheets on bed do not fit properly
Condo sleeps 4 but only 2 beach towels provided
No in-suite washer/dryer, front page of ad states washer/dryer
Patio door never worked properly even after maintenance came to work on it
Storage locker for beach chairs a complete mess, doors hard to open & close
One beach chair broken
On the positive, outside areas including pool well maintained

Great place to stay, we didn’t want to leave. Best thing of all was that you get sun on the lanai from about 745am till about 6pm, absolutely Lovely! Can see the beach from the lanai, walk to the mini mall on one side, Fred’s Mexican Restaurant on the other side. Most Excellent location and everything went smooth for checking in and out, hope we get to stay here again!😎☀️😎
Enjoyed this property. The bathroom sink fixture is loose and you need at least one sharp knife. Great location. My third time staying at Nani Kai. I will be back.
