Nice place a with an amazing view and great pool. Apartment could use a freshen up as it is looking a bit old, but it was priced right taking that into consideration.

Great outlook and space - very dated and tired - hard on arrival to gain access - no door code sent - had to go up the road to the entrance and get them to ring to get access - however we enjoyed the stag

The location is perfect, we could walk into town for dinner or drinks. The view cannot be beat, looking over the pool at the ocean.

Enjoyed our first visit to the Big Island. The condo was well equipped. Has a lanai with a beautiful view of the ocean and the sounds of waves breaking on the shore. Incredible sunsets. Liked being on the third (top) floor. Very clean and the manager was very responsive.
Only marked one star down on “location” not because of its general location which is close enough to town to walk to, but because the trash and recycling were opposite the unit’s bedroom and it was noisy each morning about 6:30am. A relatively minor inconvenience. And otherwise quiet.

Loved this property! Condo was very well equipped in the kitchen as well as beach needs. The pool area was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized every day! People staying at the complex were all super nice. Loved having the Green Flash right on the property.

The condo was very good. The view is exceptional. Our stay in kona was one of the best vacations we have had. Every day was sunny, light breezes and 87deg F. Will be back again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Loved all the beach supplies in the closets and the pool and view was great. It was awesome being able to watch the waves from the pool.
