Perfect in all ways, owner on top of it all, would change nothing,owner knows her stuff!!!
Super need a window unit in the bedroom in addition to the main room to combat the day’s sun heating up the space which plays a huge role in our overall 7/10 experience. Couch and chair in living room is largely beat up and needs to be replaced but if you’re never relaxing in the condo, I guess it’s not a huge deal. Bed did not have a headboard and was not attached to the wall so we constantly found ourselves repositioning the bed while turning over in our sleep or climbing out of it. Prohibited my ability to charge my devices on the nightstand because the bed would knock the charger out of the wall socket. Space had a musty smell possibly from the furniture but the towels and sheets were clean. Beach chairs were pretty beat up and need to be replaced.
Unit was clean and convenient to beach.
Great location for walking to shops, restaurants, beaches. Clean unit. Bed was not comfortable. A cleaning fee is charged yet we were responsible to launder towels and bed linens (and provide the laundry detergent) at checkout. Not enough toilet paper provided for a 14 day stay.

Everything was as described, so we could the stay.
The condo provided everything needed for a stress free holiday on Maui. The owners were quick to respond to any inquiries and requests. The unit was well supplied with beach chairs, umbrella, Boogie boards for the beach. The kitchen made our month long stay easy as it had more then enough utensils for cooking etc. We would book this unit again if we return.
For us and our snorkeling and eating adventures this was an ideal location. Our accommodations and and interaction with owners was very good.
It was great. The large tree over the balcony kept the temperature to a descent temperature not overly hot.
We stayed for 1.5 months, I worked from the apartment, good internet! We liked everything, clean, quiet, everything you need for life is there. A beautiful beach across the road from the complex, 5 minutes walk. The balcony is shaded by trees, so the apartment does not heat up, the air conditioner was not needed, we did not even turn on the fan. There is a washing and dryer machines in the apartment! We met the owners, wonderful people, pleasant to talk to and very attentive! Thank you, it was great! We would like to come back!
In the best part of Kihei in my opinion. Not the fanciest condo, but very good for the price, clean, and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and helpful with everything we asked for.
This was our first time to Maui, and I am so glad I stumbled into this place. It was a great base camp for all of the Adventures Maui has to offer. We went to a ton of beaches and some of our favorites were within walking distance from the condo (down the parking lot) the beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards were a bonus. Kitchen was well stock with pots and pans, bed was comfortable and my kid said she slept well on the pull out couch. Bathroom was nice and clean. Shops and restaurants all with in walking distance. The owners are great and very friendly and responded to any questions I had right away. If (hopefully When) we go back to Maui, I will be booking this place again!
We enjoyed staying here- it was very comfortable, nicely decorated & a well supplied kitchen. Great location. Our beach umbrella was broken & check in info came too late ( already travelling & no internet) - otherwise it was very nice.
This is our second time to Maui and we loved Kihei area so much and came back. Heidi and Orrin have been great hosts since we contacted them. They are very responsive and helpful with answering our questions.
The place is nice and cozy, it’s tucked away from the busy main road, which is nice. It comes with onsuit laundry machines and a little stool which were super helpful when we travel with my young daughter. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, a blender, a water kettle, and the coffee machine. We brought some of our own seasoning but we were quite happy with what they provided.
The bedroom is nice and bright. Once we have all the windows open, the air flows from the living room all the way to the bedroom. We didn’t need to use the AC for the whole trip. March seems to be a more windy and cooler season compare to November. There is enough storage space in the bedroom for clothing. The only wish for us is to have a bigger and better bed/mattress. It’s a lot softer than I thought and I can see it needs an upgrade from the ripped side of the mattress when we took off the fitted bedsheet cover. The bedroom has enough space to invest a King size bed.
We enjoyed the pool area very much. The beach waves are strong in March and my daughter prefers to stay in the pool. We also met many nice people by the pool side. It’s a very friendly and safe complex.
Overall we are quite happy with our stay. Thank you Heidi and Orrin for another wonderful experience.
The property was across the street from Kamaole Beach Parks. We were able to walk to the beach for swimming and snorkeling. Beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys and boogie boards were available for use.
My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights. The condo is very close to the beach and very ease to get to other beaches. Room is very clean. The owner prepared almost everything for making food. What we like most is there was even a coffee brewer. Every morning we can enjoy wonderful coffee. That makes us feel like at home. Very nice stay. Wei stay there if decide to go Maui again.
Excellent location—right across from the beach, near town and lots of great beaches. Very comfortable condo with great shower and well-appointed kitchen. Nice clean pool. I especially loved the balcony-it was surrounded by tropical greenery and a great place to have coffee or a meal
We surely enjoyed renting this condo since it is near the beach and other areas were easily walkable. The owner was very responsive and accommodated all our needs. The condo is in good condition and has a fully equipped kitchen. All you need are available inside. Some of the furniture are worn out but we didn't mind since it totally served the purpose.
I have two suggestions for the owner. One to replace the matrass. For some reason both myself and my wife had some backache from sleeping on it. However, if other guests had no issues with it you can leave it as is.
The second is the concept of charging for the cleaning. This was a bit of a surprise to us as usually this is part of the renting fee. Adding this fee makes the rate less competitive.
Overall, we are very happy with our stay at this place and definitely recommend it to others. Thanks.
Delightful comfy unit so convenient to a great beach, the whole south side, the harbour and fun shops and restaurants. Had a fantastic time here. The pool area was great too. Roosters and birds were lively but fun!
This condo is in a great walkable location, everything is close and the property was well cared for. This was our first time staying in a condo instead of a hotel and unfortunately we decided from this experience that it will be our last. We arrived and were informed that the in unit washer/dryer had broken and they had just put in a new one. The new washer however didn't work and we were told that we could use the washers down by the pool and use the dryer in unit to dry them. I realize that they were making the attempt to get the problem solved however we expected in unit and instead we had to pay to wash then lug a bag of heavy wet clothes back to the unit to dry. They did not offer to reimburse us for this.
We also informed the owners that the bathroom drain was very slow to drain, they thanked me for letting them know but did noting to fix it. We used the kitchen sink instead. At one point near the end of the 2 weeks they said they would be by with drano but didn't come.
The condo does have air conditioning but it is only a window unit in the living room and it does not reach the bedroom. There are fans but one night the fans just weren't enough, I can't imagine staying there in the middle of summer.
Overall our stay was good because hey, we were in Hawaii so how bad could it be. I did a lot of research before booking and read all the great reviews. We unfortunately, were left unimpressed with our stay.
Close to everything you may need or want to explore in Maui. Clean. Good communication with the host. Truly a home away from home in the heart of Kihei. Mahalo for all good memories!
The location was amazing! It was quiet and peaceful! The condo was very well appointed and truly a gem. You do not need a car as you can walk to many beaches and restaurants and a grocery store. LOVED it!
Didn’t mention it didn’t had AC in the bedroom, just living room. Expected place to be left spotless when they’re charging a cleaning fee. Took a while to get a response after asking a question. Wouldn’t recommend booking with her.
