The facilities were as described, in a quiet location, overlooking the crystal clear pool with a mountain as backdrop. The bed was comfortable, and the sofa provided comfortable seating. The unit itself was impeccable, well appointed and conveniently located. The a/c is challenged in cooling down the unit efficiently in both time and temp. If the wind is sufficient, you may choose to turn off a/c, open the patio door, and blast the fans. The rules are well documented and clearly stated throughout the home. The WiFi name is on the router in the event there is difficulty in connecting. The connection to Spectrum can be tricky as it will start to retrieve data then the signal is lost! It’s a way of life in HI with Spectrum—no reflection on your technical skills! I found streaming on my phone/laptop to work out quite well.I especially like the proximity to South Maui Garden which has numerous casual dining establishments, shopping, and proximity to an oceanside park.
We got very clear check in and out instructions. Parking is included and easy to park. The Owner of the property also provided snorkeling and others equipments for us to have fun in water.
The air conditioner is kind loud and not working very effective.
Overall this property is a great option for the price. I think I would rent it again if I go to maui again.
Excellent communication with owner. Property was easily accessible with clear instructions to access the key. I liked that it was on the ground floor. Good central location with shipping, restaurants and various activities nearby.
Didnt realize it was a studio. Very outdated ...old rugs n bedspread, air conditioner loud n older, toilet leaked n to have gasket replaced, so had to mop up floor after every flush from tank, over a day to have it repaired.
Was the perfect size for me and the husband to have a week get away. We were there for a wedding and it was a great location to access everything and the wedding venue . Property was nice and quiet. It’s right across from the beach and where other people in our party for the wedding was staying . We would stay again if we came to Maui. Thank you for the great stay.
Really great condo in sweet location. Roger was lovely in helping me check in when I was a but lost. Condo complex is on route for polynesian adventure tours if you do any tours that require a pick up with them.
Overall I loved Kihei and would def book again.

Quiet. Well-stocked kitchen. Clean. Wonderful welcome basket. Thank you! Comfortable. Easy access to other locations near Kihei. Across the street from the Whale Center (plan to visit when you stay here!) Owners were very easy to contact.
All you need to bring is your clothing and food. Everything thing else is there from condiments to beach towels. When not outdoors or on the go we spent our time on the terrace which offers a view of the pool, some nice palm trees and the distant hills of Maui’s west side. We also met some of the local residents and they were welcoming and informative.
The property offered beach access directly across the street. The place was well stocked with everything you would need.We had a lil hiccup upon arrival with someone working on the roof and had created a lil bit of a mess in the place but reached out to the owners and even though it was out of their control they promptly refunded my cleaning fee and even offered to send someone over. Other than the lil bit of construction mess the place was clean and comfy. I felt it was a very good value and had very responsive owners. Would highly recommend if you need a budget friendly place to stay.
We had a great time. Everything was super easy to find, neighbours were very friendly and considerate with each other and thanks to Roger and Olive's preparation - especially the guide and crisps - this time was more than 5-star.
My daughter and son in law stayed at this property and boy were they impressed. The condo was well stocked with everything you would expect and then some. The complex was in a fantastic location and had a nice pool area as well.While technically still a studio suite, there was a full size kitchen, large bathroom and very nice lanai. Also the living area was quite spacious.Overall they said the condo was incredible and they claimed it as their own for our next trip to Maui. Thanks to Roger and Olive for the amazing condo!
Great condo, well stocked with everything you need for a great holiday including kitchen/bathroom/laundry essentials. Had an issue with the laundry room in complex but Roger was very quick to respond. Beautiful beach right across the street. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a darling studio with everything well thought out. The grounds are meticulously kept, including the pool and spa. Comphy furniture and nice little “extras”
Being directly across from the beach was wonderful. The condo was exactly as listed. Grounds crew kept the area looking lovely. Would visit again. Enough room for 3.
Everything was ok, beautiful place to visit Mauï. Swimming pool and bbq for dinner. Perfect.

The location was just short enough of a drive from the airport - and close enough to many food locations, gas stations, and grocery stores. Clear check-in and out instructions with quick responses from the hosts.
So close to the beach! The hosts are accurate in their descriptions . I slept easily. I want to book again next time I visit. Local food places are spot on. All amenities boogie board snorkel gear amazing pool.
Nice place, had all amenities needed! Would stay again!
I had a great time here on Maui.
The property I stayed at was perfect. Great location, super clean and great amenities. The goody basket was great. It came in handy when I got there so I had something until I got to the market. This place had anything you could want as far as cooking and anything else. I have no complaints other than a girl might like a full size mirror stuck on closet when you walk in. All in all, I would definitely come back to stay.

This property has all the amenities
Kitchen has everything from light cooking to a full meal. Also has everything you need to spend a day at the beach. The beach chairs, waves board are very handy.
Roger and Olive's property was the perfect stay in Maui. It was the first time in Maui for my partner and I.
Communication was super smooth, even when I had questions. Directions were clear. The place was immaculate and the available towels/gear was a lifesaver.
The kitchen had everything you could ever need. The shower had amazing water pressure and the bed was very comfortable. All in all, I would highly recommend to stay here and would love to stay here again.
The condo in which we stayed was well worth the money. Everything was excellent except for two small details: The air-conditioning was barely sufficient during the daylight hours although adequate at night. Also, the lighting in the main room (a combination living room and bedroom) was very insufficient: The lights in the ceiling fans didn't work. The only lights in the room were two simple desk lamps, one at each end of the room, making for a very dim room after the sun set.
Had everything we needed and more.
Walking sticks for hiking would be nice, but not big deal.
