Absolutely loved this location and the host was responsive and helpful from the point of booking until check out. The location was ideal, within a block of the beach and a few blocks from restaurants and shops. The beach supplies were so useful and convenient, we visited a new beach everyday. The pool and bbq area also provided a wonderful place for our family to hang out at. Would love to stay here again!

The property has a perfect location. Close to the beach, stores, food trucks place. It offers everything you need kitchen and big fridge. They have beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella and welcome package snacks and sweets.The one suggestion we have is a better mattress and cotton sheets ( but we are spoilt) Thank you
It was okay. Replacing the siding outside my unit which would have been nice to know. The kitchen and bathroom were remodeled but could update the bedroom and living room. Really old furniture.
The condo was located a short walk to The Cove, which was convenient!
The kitchen boasted a gas stove with griddle, so I was looking forward to cooking some dinners. But unfortunately there were no baking dishes or cookie sheet pans, measuring spoons & cups. There also was no mop or dust pan. The management company delivered a suboptimal dust pan and a swifter mop with the refills but did not address the kitchen items, stating those items were up to the owner to supply. The dresser drawers were hard to open and looked like the fronts were coming loose from the drawer. The bed was comfortable as was the couch with two recliners. The management company did not seem interested in addressing my requests. I've stayed in many VRBOs that needed a few items and they always asked me to get what I needed and submit the receipt for reimbursement, but not this management company.
Was able to walk to beaches and food spots, nice kitchen...would book again.

Didn’t like the inconvenience of the air conditioner and its location. When we arrived we had to go through much trial and error to get it working. We only had one night table, two would be more convenient. An heated pool would be preferred.
Cleanliness was below par. The price was higher than what we expected for what we got.
Everything wes wonderful. Great location. Would have liked to have a swifter wet mop for us to keep it more tidy
We enjoyed out stay. 5 min walk to great beach and the stores. Loved the nearby municipal park. Pool was sparkling clear and always empty.
Place was just what we wanted.
Close to the beaches, restaurants, and other shops in Kihei. Our check-in was straightforward. WiFi speed was good. The room was airy and well lit, and all the appliances worked well. Looks like the room is just being vacuumed between stays because the tile floor was sticky to bare feet. Parking was a little bit of a squeeze since the assigned spot is next to a short wall. Had a coffeemaker, toaster, and other essential items to do basic cooking, but not a fully stocked kitchen since it lacks basic supplies. They provide only the starter pack for bath and kitchen supplies, and you need to buy additional items. Communication could definitely improved. The laundry room is open between 8am and 9pm only. Once we had to wait till 9:15pm to finish the dryer cycle, but someone locked the laundry room in the meantime; we had to wait till the next morning to get our clothes. One day the laundry room wasn't open till 9:15am. Overall our stay was ok but certainly they could do more to improve.
Kalama Terrace is my favorite place to stay on island and this condo unit was great. At the end of the building on the first floor so it was quiet easy to get to from the parking lot. Well appointed with the basics. Property management was fantastic! Allowed for a little bit early check in and quickly replaced the coffee maker after I dropped the first one and busted the carafe.
This location is perfect for walkability in Kihei and a great spot for sunrise walks on the beach.
We loved the pool and the remodeled kitchen and bathroom. The neighborhood and neighbors were fantastic. The only improvement I would recommend would be extra linens for couch sleeping.

Good location
We had a great stay. Everything at the condo was easy and the staff and other guests were nice. The pool was fantastic too!
