My wife and I had an amazing stay at this home! It was well kept, had all the essentials, and even offered beach chairs, beach umbrella, and boogie boards. A 5 min walk to the beach made for some great sunset watching. And the neighboring stores and restaurants were a great bonus. Would recommend staying at this location, the host was easy to communicate with and offered some great recommendations too for the area!
The condo is stocked with everything you need to make the place feel like home. Location is perfect with so many beautiful beaches and restaurants/shops nearby to walk to and enjoy. The pool is just steps from the back door. The complex is very well maintained and kept very clean. Host and neighbor that helps with the property were both very friendly and available for your needs. Looking forward to our return.
I would most definitely stay here again. The pictures do not do justice to how cozy and nice this place is. Karen and Ivanka were extremely nice and very helpful! I had an easy time getting around Kihei with how close this property was to everything and beautiful place to come back to after exploring.
Everything about this space was perfect from the thoughtful extras provided, location to beaches and shops as well as cleanliness and communication with the owners. The pool was wonderful! Everything about our stay here was amazing. Would absolutely stay again!
The condo was perfect for me and my boyfriend. We stayed 9 nights and enjoyed every second. It is a short distance from many shops and food spots, along with a short walk to the beach. We would stay again.
We had a lovely stay and would book this place again. The location was great, the place was clean and stocked with all the things we needed to be comfortable. The pool was very clean and the grounds keepers were really pleasant. The hosts were wonderful and communicated promptly and clearly.
Karen was so accessible. It was a quiet spot at the end of our day. It had all the beach amenities we wanted. The bed was comfortable. A sweet and quiet spot in the middle of Kihei!
My friends and I stayed at Karen and Andrew’s place for a girls trip to Maui, and we had a great time. Checking in and out was easy. Communication was excellent. Condo was clean, and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We loved our stay! Definitely recommend, and can’t wait to come back.
Had a wonderful stay with my husband on our honeymoon. The condo was clean, cozy, and was located in a great area of Kihei, close to all the food trucks. King bed was extremely comfortable. Owner was extremely responsive and went over above and beyond to make our stay special 100% recommend staying here
Recently renovated, beautifully appointed ground floor condominium on a quiet back street a short walking distance from beautiful beaches and multiple dining options. Pool and grounds are immaculately maintained. We enjoyed every minute.
My husband and I enjoyed this little home for 5 wonderful days. The location cannot be beat—it’s in such a great spot, with amazing eateries in both directions. Only 30 min drive to the start of Road to Hana, and a beautiful scenic drive to the west. The apartment had everything we needed and more!! Appreciated to the beach gear so much. Mahalo and Aloha!

Our stay was fantastic! The spot is amazing and very close to the beach & way more charming than Kaanapali beach which is more of a resort commercial place. The appartment was so well equipped we didn’t have to purchase anything.
The only minor problem had was the door which was very stubborn. We got very lucky that Ivanka was there to help us when we arrived because we didn’t have cellphone service and if she wouldn’t have been present we may have to had to sleep in the car but other than that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great time in Maui!

Great location, clean, beautiful garden setting. Just right for a quick stay for the two of us.
Would have rated Karen's apartment with 6*. Location & amenities were perfect.
This condo has all the cooking needs you need, close to the beaches, very clean. We loved the back porch to sit every morning and evening, the pool is very refreshing so close to the condo. We loved that laundry was just across the hall and cheap and she even has laundry pods! I found anything we forgot like sunscreen, laundry soap, even coffee they had available. Those little touches mean so much! All the beach add one you can use such as cooled, boogie boards, snorkel and fins, and beach chairs added so much to our vacation!
We bought at Costco on the first day and cooked most breakfasts and made coffee and packed lunches to save money. Having the kitchen is a game changer!
Only thing was frustrating was the front key pad was very finicky and didn’t want to work probably locking or unlocking a lot of the time but maybe it just needs a new battery. Property manger was so good at getting back to us right away and staying in contact.

Hosts very welcoming. Close to beaches and lots of food/happy hour options, shopping, groceries. Host provides lots of beach equipment, plus access to condo pool. Coin laundry steps away from unit, convenient parking. Great place to stay for 1-2 people!
Loved Karen’s place! Beautifully decorated. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Great location that is a very short walk to Kamaole 1 and great cafes and food trucks! Karen was also very quick to respond and was gracious enough to provide a late checkout!
