The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

We enjoyed our stay. My partner got a serve case of food poisoning from the local resort restaurant he spent the whole vacation in bed and confined to the room. We had to call emergency services the first night he was that unwell.
The overall location of the resort is prefect and beautiful however EVERYTHING is very overpriced. One drink $20 if you come here make sure your cashed up or you take house a mortgagee on your home
