We stayed for 7 nights. The villa was immaculate, check in easy, beds super comfortable. We used the parking which was super convenient. We had a Ford Bronco and it fit fine. My 5yr old slept great on the inflatable toddler mattress. The view from the villa was nothing short of amazing, so were the amenities of the complex. The pool bar had a great view and had live music most nights. We used the washing machine and dryer in the villa daily. My kids enjoyed feeding the fish each day at the pond and playing in the resort pool. Pool chairs were always available. The adjoining lagoon was ideal for young families, there was even a bit of reef for snorkeling. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if we return to Hawaii.
The condo is a perfect getaway to rest and relax. Leave the hustle and bustle behind and come stay in Ko Olina. The view from B206 is breathtaking. The lanai is ideal for your morning coffee, afternoon snack, and nightcap. No need to purchase beach gear as the condo is stocked with your necessities. The host and greeter were amazing to work with. I already am planning a return trip!

Property was perfect for our family of 4. We had an amazing vacation. The host was easy to reach and a great communicator. The greeter was very helpful. All the beach supplies were appreciated. We'd definitely return here.
The agents are first-class agents and wonderful to work with. They made our stay very welcoming. After meeting with them, I've decided they are my "go-to" agents for trips to Oahu and we will be back.
My family and I had the best stay here!!! Joan, Nicole and Ron were all such great hosts! The condo itself was beautiful, and they even accommodated a high chair and a pack n play for 15 month old! The views were extremely beautiful from b-206, and we will 100% stay here when we come back again!

The condo provides the feel of welcoming with warmth and comfort just like being at home..beds comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms well stocked with essentials and most importantly the home was so clean!!
Outside:
Ah! Where to start..sitting in the lani provides breathtaking views especially of the sunset. We enjoyed the quiet moments to read, have a cup of coffee reminiscing about the day or simply be at one with God on the comfortable patio chairs.
The beautiful lush grounds offers beautiful walking trails to enjoy the fresh breeze whether day or night, a skip and a hop to the beach 🏝️, shopping so close without disturbing the integrity of relaxation …
Gosh my list can go on and on and on how beautiful this place is.

Beautiful property and very comfortable Villa. Had all that we needed in kitchen, bedroom etc. we have stayed here before and would stay here again
Our family recently came back from Ko'Olina, and the Ko'Olina Villas are definitely a must stay when visiting Oahu. The apartment was very clean with all amenities included. Communication with the owner was very straightforward. They provided full instructions to the place. Nice second floor partial view of the adjacent lagoon. Appliances were all fully functional. Lagoon pool and the bar on site were a plus. Grounds are very quiet, ideal for families. No issues. Would stay again in this villa in a heartbeat!
We LOVED this villa! It was clean, luxurious, & had THE BEST location. The lagoon water was beautiful & so amazing to swim in. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will be back!!
AMAZING! This one word describes my stay at Ko’Olina Beach Villas. This was my fourth time visiting Hawai’i, but my first time staying at the villas. The property manager answered all of my questions prior to reserving this unit and made sure we had everything needed once we arrived. The property grounds were immaculate and the condo was clean. My only recommendation is a cordless vacuum to help with the sand. We stayed for two weeks and sweeping the floors with a broom 1-3 times a day did take awhile. I am very particular about cleanliness and tidiness and I was impressed with how clean, spacious and tidy the unit was. The lagoon view from the lanai (patio) was breathtaking! My six and three year old loved spending time in this space. They also loved the pool areas and the lagoon is perfect for little ones as you don’t have to worry about waves. I would highly recommend this unit and plan on returning in the future.
We stayed for 8 nights in the condo and it was absolutely perfect! It was so clean, smelled amazing and the views were outstanding! We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen and everything we needed for the beach which was just steps away. It was very quiet compared to the neighboring resorts and snorkeling was fun with lots of fish to see! We loved waking up and opening the large patio doors and sitting outside listening to the birds and waves every morning with our coffee.
We were about 15 minutes walking distance to the local shops, grocery store, and restaurants which we took full advantage of! We were about 45 minutes to Pearl Harbor and about an hour or so to Waikiki depending on traffic and the time you go out and about.
The condo had great amenities in both rooms/bathrooms. However, only thing I would suggest would be adding a few blankets for the bedroom and/or living room (the AC works so well we got cold!) and some extra towels as one was not enough and we had to wash it several times during our stay.
Other than those items, we would absolutely recommend staying here and we’d love to come back and visit soon!

Great stay. The only issues were getting the stove/oven to turn on, need instructions to do so.
The bbq pits by the bar at the pool didn't work, so we had to wait to be able to cook due to the number of people cooking.

Very nice 2-bedroom condo with view of lagoon. Kitchen was well stocked for all our needs and place was neat and clean. Loved having the beach chairs and towels available since we spent most of our time there vs. pool. Quiet pool was great for relaxing plus grandkids played in other pool and really enjoyed the koi fish. Felt safe and secure. Easy walk out and down to beach without having to go through pool area during COVID times. Great place to stay!
