Create magical memories at this unique & family-friendly home. Koolina is a resort community with easy access to fine dining, boutique shopping, entertainment and Nature. We are out of the congestion, traffic and crowds of downtown. We are on the drier side of the island meaning we enjoy 271 days of sunshine annually. We enjoy a top rated golf course which has been host to international tournaments as well as having access to tennis courts, spas and the marina with ocean adventures & excursions.

I am not always available in person, but we have an onsite contact for situations that may arise. I am available by text/email/phone to answer questions regarding the unit and community. The guidebook is a great resource and is located in the unit and answers most FAQ's.
Kai Lani is a gated community with security. This property is minutes walking distance from the ocean, so swimming, snorkeling and relaxing at waters edge are always ours, without the hassle of trying to find parking. Dining, shopping and entertainment are also in walking distance.
Prized is this units ground floor and unobstructed view of the ocean. No better way to start ones day than coffee on the lanai and certainly no better way to end the day, then by watching the spectacular sun as it sets into the ocean.
This is a resort community with walking access to golf, tennis, shopping boutiques and restaurants. Additionally the beach and ocean sports all within a short walking distance as well. Many residents utilize a golf cart or automobile (both are available for an additional fee). Parking outside of the residential area is for a nominal fee at the shops and restaurants for 90 mins time slots. Lagoon parking is limited during the summer months and holidays which make the golf cart rental ideal for the family.

The Ko’olina area is very beautiful and is away from the crowds in Honolulu. Our condo was very private with a beautiful view. The pool and hot tub were close and very clean. We explored a lot of the island, but our lovely condo was our home base. Very close to our condo was lovely walks along the beach, swimming, and good restaurants. Enjoy!
The home has a beautiful, unobstructed view of the ocean. The sunsets and whale watching were spectacular. Plenty of room. Our grandchildren loved the pool and we adults loved the hot tub.Kim couldn’t be any more friendly, accommodating and responsive.
We stayed here for a month in June 2024. Kim was a very nice host and responsive to my questions when we first arrived. She even surprised me with a little gift basket for my birthday. The place was walking distance to everywhere! It is a little uphill on the way back but I enjoyed getting my steps in! We watched the sunset on the back patio everyday. The house itself had everything we needed to survive with a family of 3 children. The air fryer was a life saver! We felt comfortable, safe and welcomed in Kai Lani. We did have a little issue with one of our guests parking in the wrong spot but they handled it gracefully. I am so happy with my stay and highly recommend this unit for families. We would walk down to the Disney Aulani or paradise cove to have some fun. Thank you Kim for being such an AMAZING host!
Sitting out on the lanai is the best feature of this property. The unobstructed view of the Pacific is breathtaking. The resort has a beautiful swimming pool. The landscape is perfect. Also we were only a half mile walk to the lagoons where swimming is safe and fun! Proximity to a major road did cause noise. Constant road noise even at night was unavoidable. Overall, we loved our stay here.
Kim is an excellent hostess
We absolutely loved staying in this condo! My family and I stayed here for a month and it was a great experience. The location is perfect and because it’s in a gated community we felt very safe and secure. It is walking distance from the lagoons and next door to the Disney resort (try the pineapple whip!) 10 mins away from grocery stores (Walmart, Target, Safeway) The property owner, Kim, was really responsive and answered all texts/calls quickly. The wash machine went out while we were there and Kim quickly got both the washer and dryer replaced with brand new ones for us, which we all really appreciated. For the inconvenience she also returned our fee we were to pay for the extra parking space rental. Tip: Make sure you always park in the correct spot or neighbors might get angry ;) The property also has a storage area by the garage filled with lots of beach stuff like chairs, cooler, sand toys etc. We left our snorkel gear and a beach shade tent for future renters as well. The place is fully stocked and had all we needed for the entire stay, crock pot, waffle iron, coffeemaker, plenty of cookware/ bakeware/ dinnerware for family meals. Plenty of bath and beach towels and there was even a playpen in the closet which was a great surprise. The property is a really beautiful and well kept up. The trees, plants, and flowers everywhere are gorgeous. The pool area is opened til 9pm, has gas grills and a hot tub. We honestly can’t complain and can’t wait to come back!!!
This was a wonderful property with a great view. We saw some turtles in the ocean right in front of the property. Everything was nice and clean, and everything was well stocked, which not all places do well (I stay in VRBO's in Hawaii several times a year). Kim has a great personality and if you get a chance to meet her, I'm sure you will enjoy having made her acquintence.
Beautiful property and perfect place to stay while on Oahu. It's location at Ko Olina is away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, yet is a great spot for hitting the North Shore beaches, enjoying all of Oahu's attractions or just relaxing. Kim's home was perfect for our family - clean, beautifully maintained and equipped with everything we needed! Within walking distance there are restaurants, shopping and the lagoons. Only 10 minutes away in Kapolei, there is a general shopping area - Costco, Target, Safeway, Walmart... Kim and Vince were extremely helpful and responsive. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back soon.
