Awesome location and a very spacious lanai with great views from all around. Lagoon 2 was very nice and an excellent location to visit neighboring two lagoons which was necessary because of unexpected sand pushing. The pool was nice and the pool bar was excellent with live music in the evening The unit was spacious and the elevator was impressi ely fast, but the furniture was worn out and dusty, matresses also outdated, and there was also not enough storage. Overall property excellent, but the unit would do better with some furniture replacement (brighter colors if possible) and cleanliness. Would still consider visiting the place again!

Best place to stay in Ko Olina! The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, and more. The lanai had a gorgeous sunset view of the ocean and the Aulani and Four Seasons. Pretty at night with all the lights. The only downside is that the lanai gets hot in the afternoons since facing the sun. The bed was very comfortable. Our lagoon (great for kids, without waves)was the least crowded compared to the others. Easy walk to the other hotel restaurants on the beach path. The condo complex has its own outside bar with live music, and lovely pools. The owner of this condo was easy to work with and always responsive with our questions. They have a helpful binder with appliance instructions etc.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Beach Villa Property. The grounds are fantastic and our family spent the major of each day at the lagoon and the pool. The pathway to the other resort properties was such a lovely walk, and there are stores and restaurants within walking distance. The golf course across the street was gorgeous and we had a great time playing there. You would never need to leave the Ko Olina resort if you chose not to. What a wonderful week!
Beautiful villa. Beautiful resort. Excellent hostess! Our vacation was incredible. By far, the best we've ever had. Thank you Melissa for being such an attentive hostess. Well stocked and the views from our lanai were heavenly. We watched the sunset every evening and everyone was so nice. We will certainly try to return.

We have stayed at Beach Villas at Ko Olina more than ten times and this unit was exactly as listed. The condo is well stocked with cooking appliances, dishes, and the closet had plenty of snorkel equipment, beach chairs, sand toys, and even a large and small cooler. All the furniture is in great condition And the unit was spotless.
We absolutely loved our stay. The views are amazing. The beds and accommodations are excellent. We would definitely stay again.
This was our second stay at this property, and we'll definitely be back. The rental is well furnished, with everything you need for the beach, including boogie boards, towels, coolers, beach chairs. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. Communication with the property manager was easy.

We spent 2 weeks and it felt like home. It lacked nothing. Melissa was terrific and checked with us to be sure we had everything we needed. She even delivered a new piece of equipment to make smoothies. Our trip had been originally scheduled for 2022. Melissa was able to rebook us on 2 occasions to accommodate us. We would recommend this location and unit to anyone.
It was our third stay in Ko Olina. Each time we stayed in different apartments, and although they differ only slightly in layout and amenities, we liked this one the best. This was mainly due to the wonderful view of the sunset, which we enjoyed regularly. Every evening brought a new beautiful natural spectacle. Communication with Melissa was smooth, and she provided us with lots of helpful tips. Thank you for a wonderful time!
Our rental property exceeded our expectations. The unit had everything we needed including lots of beach equipment that was great to use. We are longtime Kaanapali beach travelers and Ko Olina had everything we would expect for this class of resort, but really was less crowded for the summer season. Loved it here.
The property was beautiful and exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked. Ko Olina is perfect for a relaxing getaway from but only 30-40 min from Waikiki if desired
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this unit. I was traveling with my daughter (12) and parents. The guest room can be converted to 2 twin beds which work d perfectly for me and my daughter while my parents had the master. The unit also had a well stocked kitchen, 2 full baths and laundry. Plenty of beach towels, chairs, coolers and baby equipment was available. The condo sits between the Aulani and Marriott in Ko ‘Olina. There is a great walking path in front of all the hotels. The Four Seasons is also in the area on the other side of the Aulani. There is a small shopping center close to the unit that had an upgraded ABC store that was a market with a great selection of food and booze. Monkeypod is also in the shopping center which has the best Mai Tais! Definitely recommend for families traveling!
This is a great location and the owner’s management is super responsive and helpful. The property is well cared for and the beach and pools are super. The room was quiet. The kitchen was well stocked, we’ve stayed at numerous other properties and this was probably the best one from condition of kitchenware. It’s clear the care was taken thinking through what was stocked.
Ko Olina is very quiet, especially away from the adjacent Lagoon where there are two major properties. The Lagoon that this property is on is arguably the quietest of the four Ko Olina Lagoons.
The resort is about a 30 minute drive from major attractions like Diamondhead, Dole Plantation and the North Shore.
I think our only complaint, coming from Central Time, is that the workout facility didn’t open until 6am. A few of those first mornings it would have been great to have gotten a workout in earlier since we were up at 4am!
We loved our stay here. The condo was lovely and spacious for our family of 4. The lanai is beautiful and the view is amazing. It was so nice to have a kitchen to cook meals. The lagoon was lovely and so safe for the kids. It was overall amazing and we can't wait to come back!
Perfect little home to get away too!! Great, quiet location if you don’t want the busy city, and close enough for easy travel back and forth with a rental car. The views are just not as great on pics as in real life!!!
We have stayed at the Beach Villas for many years, and this is our favorite villa. We particularly appreciate the excellent communication with the property management. Melissa was highly responsive and flexible, helping us with early check in and even proactively offering late check out when she noticed we had an afternoon flight. We’ll be back again for sure!
We love the location. Right at our own beach and pools. The koi are very well looked after. Lots if great walking paths. The condo has everything you need. Never hear any neighbours. Parking close to elevator. Super view. Great family holiday.
