We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed all that Ko Olina offered us - easy beach access, strolls along the lagoon trail, sunset sail, snorkeling (and a sea turtle sighting right in our lagoon!), and great restaurants.We were here for a wedding and spent the week exploring the entire island! We would happily stay here again.
This was our 2nd stay at this condo in Ko'Olina and we loved it! We stocked up at Costco in Kapolei before check-in and then Shane helped us with loading everything to the condo, which was super nice! We appreciated the option of being able to make our own meals in the great kitchen and even more enjoyed eating out on the lanai, enjoying the tropical lagoon views.My 87 year old mom came from Seattle with me for a visit with my kids that live in Oahu. We had my two young granddaughters stay with us and it was just such a treat to enjoy the pools and the beach.The condo was well outfitted with everything needed for a great stay, including beach chairs, toys, snorkel gear, etc.We took a couple trips away from Ko'Olina, but having visited Oahu many times, what I really wanted was a break from work and to relax at the pool. I'll have to say it was an added benefit to meet so many nice people while lounging at the pools and hot tubs. We'll definitely be back!!

This was our third time at the Beach Villas in Ko Olina. We loved it even more this time. It has become an annual event for all of us in the family. Great place to chill. We hope to keep doing it.
We stayed in this beautiful condo for a week and it was perfect. The condo, the view, the lagoon, the employees, and the area we were in were great. It was a nice change from the hustle of Waikiki and we would definitely stay again. The views were beautiful for both sunrise and sunset. The lagoon was beautiful and peaceful even when people were out it never felt crowded. The condo was perfect for our family of three and was a great home base as we would head out almost every day for a new adventure. Communication was easy and check in was a breeze. Some might say that there are a lot of rules but they are all common sense for the most part. Take care of the space and what’s inside of it. We booked this condo at the last minute after deciding to cancel our hotel in Waikiki and have no regrets. Until next time! Mahalo!

This is a great location and we have stayed in these condos before but in a different room. We were kind of surprised that there was not any courtesy items, no water bottles, no a packet of coffee, no fruit, nothing. As a matter of fact this place didn't even have the proper coffee filters for the cofee machine which sucked as we had to return to Walmart to get the "specialty" filter for their machine. This unit needs to be cleaned. I dont think the bedding has been changed or cleaned in a long time as there was a considerable amount of dust on the comforter. I could not stop sneezing in the master bedroom!! We just did not feel very welcomed We come to Oahu at least once a year to visit family and we now will not be selecting the Ko Olina beach villas after this experience. The Tommy Bahama beach chairs were disgusting. Stained and smelly with trash from the previous tenant in the pockets and the pillows were black, ya it was that bad. Not even a replacement roll of toilet paper either. I dont know if it is on the owner of this particular unit or if it is the management company because when we stayed here last year the room we were in was a lot cleaner and had the amenities that this one did not. with the price paid we are disappointed and will not return.

Great week away with the family. Perfect location for family vacation away from the busy life of downtown however beautiful, lots of places to walk to eat, shop. Rental was clean, had all the amenties stated and would recommend the property. Loved the beach, pool. Only wish the property had some small snack or food shop, bar and pool could be open longer, need some lawn games like the other hotels for families to enjoy.

We had such a fantastic stay here!! My family and I will definitely stay here again! Our greeter was so kind and everyone associated with the property was helpful! We cooked most meals there, hung out on the lanai, and felt like it was our own home for the week! Grateful to experience such a wonderful time ... counting down the days to our next trip!
