The Maui Banyan is one of the newest condominium complexes in Kihei. Our condo is located across the street from Kamaole Beach Park II, which has been awarded one of Maui's best white sand beaches.
We take great pride in our home away from home. We have painted and re-decorated throughout. All of our appliances, TVs and amenities are new, from the dishes and utensils, to the original artwork on the walls, to the linens and comforter on the bed. We are very excited about our new look and think you will be too.
Our quiet, one bedroom, two bath condo comfortably sleeps up to four people with a pillow top California king bed and queen sofa/sleeper in the living room. We feature a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, Blue Ray player, high speed Wi-Fi internet, washer and dryer in unit, linens/towels, ceiling fans, air-conditioning, and countless small Island touches that will put you in the Aloha spirit. The ocean view lanai (deck) has a wonderful view of the ocean and gorgeous grounds.
Our unit is located on the 2nd floor, with elevator access, in the highly desirable H building. The Maui Banyan complex is located just past the busier shopping districts of Kihei, yet within walking distance of excellent restaurants and stores. We are also within 5 minutes drive of beautiful Wailea and the upscale Shops at Wailea shopping center.
The Maui Banyan features a manned lobby, daily island orientation to learn about island adventures, concierge service for booking your outings, two pools plus Jacuzzis, outdoor barbecues, elevators, tennis court and 24Hr security.
Kamaole Beach II is also situated within walking distance between 2 other world class beaches in Kamaole I and Kamaole III. The Kamaole beaches are all interconnected and feature long stretches of white sand, restrooms, and lifeguards. These beaches are perfect for sunset picnics, sunning, boogie boarding, swimming, and snorkeling...or just enjoying a view of the sparkling turquoise waters surrounding the tropical islands of Lanai, Kahoolawe, and Molokini.
The activity director in our lobby is available to assist you in booking endless fun, including: luaus, whale watching tours, sailing, horseback riding, snorkeling, golf, biking down a volcano, wine tasting, fishing, jet skiing, windsurfing, surfing, paddle boarding, etc…, etc…, etc…

My husband and I stayed a week and really enjoyed the condo. It’s just right across the street from the beach (beautiful sunsets) and so close to restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean and 2 bathrooms is perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was clean, quiet, updated and very well stocked. Bed was great. I was told it is scheduled for new paint after we leave. A fresh coat of paint will make it even better. Beach and some restaurants are in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Our overall stay was good; however, we had some problems with checking in late at night and our designated parking stall was taken and there were no “free” stalls left. So we ended up having to park down the road and around the corner. Front staff were “unsure” what to do with the vehicle the next morning when we talked to them. I ended up having to contact the condo owner. Eventually, it was moved. There was no cooler in the room so we ended up buying a small one and leaving it there. Also had to ask for more toilet paper a week before the end of our stay and we’re denied so ended up having to buy more rolls than what we needed. They were adamant they left 2 extra rolls in each bathroom but there was only 1 extra in one of the bathrooms. We stayed for 3 weeks. Kinda disappointed that we couldn’t get an extra roll of cheap toilet paper. The room was spacious but if you are looking to sit out on the lanai comfortably, it is very long but very narrow in width and was hard to get around the furniture. Air conditioners worked great and so did the ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room. All appliances were in good working order.

We stayed 5 nights at the Maui Banyon Condo while visiting the island. It was clean and comfortable for the 2 of us. We would recommend it without hesitation.

We arrived to this rental on Christmas Eve and everything was just perfect! There was even enough room for a Christmas tree! We had everything we needed and the location was ideal. We could walk to the beach, restaurants and shops very easily. There is a stand just across from the beach that rents boogie boards, kayaks, snorkel equipment, etc. I also liked how close we were to the airport. Honestly, I liked the area that I would stay there again.
