This is a wonderful complex and a very nice unit. It had everything you might need while on vacation. We loved the quick walk to the beach and pool area. Host provided excellent communication and check in was very easy. Just a quick note that the second pullout bed in the living room is very firm and we found it uncomfortable. It would also be nice if there were drapes in the living room, so it wouldn’t be so bright in the morning. The host did double check with us on booking that we were aware of the bed situation, I just couldn’t find any other reviews about whether the pull out bed was comfortable or not.Overall an lovely trip.
This was one of our best Maui stays! The unit was impeccable, everything we could have thought of was provided, from to-go containers, ziplock bags, every utensil possible. It was clean, modern and had amazing sunset views from the breeze way. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay.
A great unit in a great location. The beach across the street was very handy and the chairs, umbrella, etc. were great to have. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed, everything was clean, modern and functional. Would stay here again!

Likely one of the best vacation rentals I've ever had. The host's thoughtfulness in preparing for guests really surpassed every place I've stayed at. Not only do they have all the beach and cooking gear all supplied for use... there were little touches here and there that made this place outstanding:-A bag of recyclable bags ready to use by the front door-a laundry basket- ziploc bags- discount foodland coupon provided by front desk- multiple keys to split among guests- numerous beach towels- wagon and cooler for beach staysThank you again! Fantastic condo, right next to the beach and easy walk to stores and restaurants. Plus the pool was wonderful. Perfect for when the beach is too much!
VERY well stocked unit. Just about everything you will need to cook your food and eat. The floors could have been a little cleaner-bottoms of barefeet are dirty by the end of the day- but nothing major. Probably due to the season which is super windy this time of year and no fault of the unit itself. I was so glad it does not overlook the pool area!! Its quiet and I will miss sitting out on the lanai. Firm mattress in bedroom and on the murphy bed. This was a really great pick!!
This 3rd floor unit had an awesome view and was really nice and quiet! It also got a good trade-wind breeze and we didn’t even need the A/C — even in midsummer! The unit was also well-supplied with everything we needed and had nice, modern appliances, and was tastefully decorated. This was our fourth stay in Kamaole Sands, and this was by far the BEST and most updated of all the units we have stayed in. We would certainly stay in this unit again! We certainly appreciated the owner’s attention to details! Thank you !

We have stayed at kamoale many times and this was one of the cleanest and most comfortable condo! Bed was amazing! Kitchen was stocked with the necessary condiments, spices, lots of comfortable stools for the kitchen island, and a desk to work at. The lanai was extra large, comfortable chairs, and fully equipped with beach chairs and cooler. Lots of beach towels! Only reason I did not give it a full five stars was because there was no instructions on how to operate the tv which was hit and miss, and the second bathroom, which we didn’t necessarily need, had problems with the shower and toilet. Kelsey was responsive however and apologized as he did not know there were problems with the second bathroom. Overall excellent stay and would book this condo again!

Loved the condo complex overall and the unit itself! Our first time on Maui and we loved it. The building is on the back of the property, overlooking a quiet yard and street with lots of shade on the lanai. The unit is stunning and modern, nice furniture in the living area, full kitchen and comfortable bed. It felt more like a home than a rental. Appreciated having the beach towels and chairs available for use. Condo complex had nice pool and hot tub area, as well as gorgeously manicured lawns. Check in was easy and there was easy communication leading up to the trip.
