This was an awesome place to stay. We didn't need a big condo for just my daughter and I. We loved how it was close to the ocean and the beautiful beach. We enjoyed sitting in the lawn chairs and enjoying the beautiful sunsets.

As a longtime visitor to Maui, I always relish he chance to return. I grew up vacationing on Sugar Beach when there were very few condo complexes (Think early '70s). It was good to be back and away from the hustle and bustle. Most mornings, I was the only person on the beach! The beach is perfect for smaller children as the sand is great for building castles and the water is usually very calm. The complex itself is quiet and well situated to go anywhere on the island. This was a solo-recharge trip for me... absolutely the right choice. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Management checked in with me after my arrival and again once I returned home. The condo was well appointed and had everything I needed. 10/10 recommend.
My wife and I were looking for a low-key, jumping-off point to reach all parts of Maui for our 6 day stay and this place did not disappoint. We really enjoyed our stay in this little studio. It was very well stocked with all you would need - towels, linens, kitchenware, cleaning supplies, etc. Having beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella and even a boogie board to throw in the car for our daily jaunts was fantastic. The full sized murphy bed was comfy and while we didn't watch any TV while we were there, it was nice to have the option. We looked forward to breakfasts out on the lanai in the morning while looking over the lawn and watching the water out to the left. And each night walking along the beach after sunset was beautiful.
A few little nitpicks - while the place did not feel dirty, the bathroom and kitchenette windows were a little cruddy and the washer/dryer unit has maybe seen it's day as it was not very effective in cleaning our clothes. Also, the sink disposal unit was not working (we do not use a disposal at home so it was no big deal but instructions on how to use it were provided so we tried and found it not to be working).
If you know what to expect when you arrive here, then you'll be perfectly happy with the accommodations. We were and would stay again the next time we are in Maui.

We had a great stay in #309. We didn't hear our neighbors next door, above, or below. I love that the unit is a corner unit and that you can hear the waves crashing when the lanai door is open. You do get some road noise but it's not overpowering. The unit was a clean, bed was firm and comfortable, and amenities were adequate. The grounds were clean and maintained, loved the pool and the yard overlooking the water. Proximity is central to just about anything on the island. We loved that we weren't isolated to one corner of the island. Everything was within a 30-40 minute drive. It was a great stay, we would happily come back and stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here as always. The only problem we experienced with this unit was ants. We kept all food in the refrigerator and kept a tidy stay in this unit and even after being sprayed for ants we had a problem. The on-site maintenance manager was awesome. We always saw him out working even on the 4th of July. He really makes sure the place is taken care of.

We had a great time
Found a few towels and a bathroom doormat in a washer dryer when I checked in. It was not very pleasant to see a doormat especially.
The flat itself was clean, but the incident was very unpleasant.
The pictures show as the flat is bigger with the big mirror on the wall. But I guess I didn't check carefully enough. I also didn't see the folding bed carefully. It would be good if the flat description states about the folding bed.
I really liked my stay at this relaxing condo. The partial ocean view from the lanai was quite spectacular. Loved hearing the waves crashing against the shoreline.
