We did enjoy our stay in Kihei but the location of the room would be my only complaint. As there was a large resort across the street from my stay that blocked the entire view of the beach and sunset. We had to drive to a location nearby to go to the beach rather than walk around the entire large resort. There was an issue with the ac not working in the room which was fixed immediately. Communication was a breeze and the room had all the amenities listed which made our stay pleasant, despite the location and easier access to beach. I would recommend if you don't mind driving a short distance to the beach.

It's location being right off the main road was nice. All the updated amenities. Very clean and nice to have a well maintained hot tub and swimming pool. We found it to be quiet at night. It was highly enjoyed by family that visited. It made our special occasion worth it! Thank You very much. Oh and affordable.
he beachfront I expected, but was close. The reviewers comments about the turtles sold me. And, I did find the Burton my last day. The condo was clean, kitchen had all the utensils and dishes that you should need. The air conditioner in the bedroom was LOUD!! It was needed the first night due to condo being closed up prior to my arrival. However, by the second day, when I had time to open the windows and get cross ventilation going, I didn’t need the air conditioners. Would stay here again if I ever get back to Maui.
Great location, clean and fully stocked property
My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we could ask for and the bed was very comfortable. All the pictures and listings were very accurate. I highly recommend this place to anyone that may be looking for a comfortable condo while enjoying their stay in Maui.
Very affordable, great place. Right next to an area where Sea Turtles are visible at night on the beach! Stay 10 feet away from those guys though!
This was the perfect condo for us. The kitchen was newly renovated with all new appliances and countertops. We had breakfast at the condo every morning and packed a lunch and were gone all day. The air conditioner in the living room, produced cooler air than the one in the bedroom so we stayed on the living room bed a couple nights. The road was a little noisy, but we were fine if we turned the fan on the air conditioner on low and put earplugs in. Overall very happy with the condo and location!

The condo was located close to everything we wanted to get to. Other than the red dust blowing in from the winds the stay was great.
Was looking for a place to stay in Kihei and this VRBO hit all the right spots! It's newly renovated with a full and updated kitchen and clean and updated bathroom.Although we didn't utilize the kitchen much, it's still nice to have a full size fridge/freezer! Everything was clean and the A/C (although a bit loud) kept the place cool!Would definately stay here again! A

Perfect condo for a trip to Maui. Clean and plenty of room, nice to be able to do laundry. Good size kitchen, nice little pool to relax at, not a far walk/drive to nearby restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay again!
Beautiful condo - just like the pictures! All the amenities needed for our stay, nice quality! Property Manager was very helpful, easy to communicate with, went over and above to help us! Nice central location. Definitely would recommend.

We had a good stay at kihei resort it is a good location quite centralized to shopping and airport. Kitchen appliances are fairly new except the frying pan

Susan's property is just as pictured. Well-maintained, perfectly equipped condo, exactly what our family with young kids needed for a shot stay. We found ourselves in a stressful situation when transferring from a different condo and Susan went beyond for us to ease that stress. Place was exactly as listed and had everything we needed. Kitchen was great and had every amenity. Location was just okay as there was limited walking paths so it is hard to walk to central Kihei. Nothing to do with the listing, just be aware of that before booking.
We had a great time in Maui. This place was conveniently located, comfortable and clean. We’ll be back. Mahalo!

Nice neat and upgraded! Pool clean and cool! Just watch bed as over hang at ends likely to nic your ankle, ouch!

We were both very happy about our stay at Kihei Resort in room 131. It was close to where we were going and it was our first time to the island together.
This is a great place and location to base your vacation in Maui, and Susan is a super responsive host. The apartment is newly remodeled and well-equipped. The location is ideal - great beaches and food within a 5-10 minutes drive.
