Overhead cabinets are too low and hit your head, oven never seems to come to true temperature nor brown food, poorly fitted mattress cover does not stay securely on bed and cause it to bunch up when you lay down, bed frame sticks out appox. 6 inches from mattress causing you to hit shin every time you get into bed,
This property was perfect for our needs! It is a great location, very quiet, very comfortable with great amenities. We love the vaulted ceiling and having breakfast every morning on the patio amidst the gorgeous plumeria trees and chirping birds.

Everything was very nice
Clean and conveniently located to nice beaches!
This condo is perfect located to reach the beach and sunset views (2 minute drive) tourist shopping (25 minutes), sunrise spot (25 minutes) and tourist spots. We were close enough to drive to all the main areas within 45 or less. The onsite adult only pool was wonderful and we had it to ourselves for over three hours. I would highly recommend this condo.
This is my second stay in this condo. This stay was just as good as my first. I come to Maui every year and have stayed in a lot of condos. I can say that this is definitely one of the best! It is very clean, comfortable and spacious. It also cools down very nicely which is very important after a day out in the Maui sun. The central location of this condo in Wailea is perfect. The Shops at Wailea (which include a market and restaurants) are only a three minute drive. All of the great beaches in Kihei, Wailea and Makena are within a 10 minute drive. If you like to golf as I do, the Wailea Blue course is right across the street and the great Wailea Emerald and Gold courses are 10 minutes away. I hope to stay here again on future trips to Maui.

This was a great place to stay as it had everything we needed. It was clean, quiet and affordable. We have stayed in many properties in Grand Champions and this one ranks right up there!
Waking to the myriad sounds of tropical birds was enchanting. The trill of zebra doves outside the bedroom window “lifted me” each and EVERY day. The condo was appointed in a lovely and charming way. Full size fridge was especially nice. So much to do and see - we never even turned on the tv. The size of the bathroom in a compact condo was great. We had a great time.
Enjoyed staying at this condo. Clean, well equipped. We took walks to the beach many mornings and enjoyed walking to the AC Marriott for happy hours and to the Wailea Farmers Market on Tuesday mornings. The owner is very organized and communication was excellent. Only disappointments were from the studio next door. The lanai is not “private”. The studio condo next door is really part of this unit (locking interior door separates the two units) so it shares the lanai. The lattice fence and fake plants separating the two areas do not do the trick. Also the wall between this condo and the studio is thin. We could hear talking, TV, etc. the studio condo’s front door is on a tight spring so it “slams”. Some visitors did not have the common courtesy to gently let door close.
This was our first visit to Maui and we enjoyed the island and the location of our Vrbo. We could walk to many beautiful beaches, shopping and eating locations. Also, it was convenient to have a parking spot right in front of our place for our rental vehicle which we used to tour many places on the island.
We highly recommend this condo for your visit to Maui. The host is excellent in communicating with you. The condo is well stocked for your stay with kitchen essentials, towels, and the bed is really comfortable. This condo is located close to the shops and the beach. We have stayed here several times and will return again next year.
