Good amenities & layout of home, quiet area, comfortable beds, lots of towels, good outdoor space. This home is minutes from Volcanoes Nat’l Park and endless trails. Grocery shop in Hilo for basics and food before heading to the Volcano area. There are a couple of good food trucks in the area and limited dining. I would definitely stay here again!
Good location, easy to find, spacious home with a great layout. Very clean and quiet with comfortable beds. The kitchen is stocked with basic pots, pans and utensils. The welcome bag with Big Island treats was enjoyed by everyone! Would definitely stay here again.
It was easy to check in and out. The management company was great when we had a minor issue, it was resolved quickly. The beds were beyond comfortable and we all had a great night's sleep. Would recommend this, but you definitely need to rent a car..
Wonderful stay, great location and a quiet place to stay.
House was well supplied with linens and kitchen supplies so you can cook in, but there are NO condiments, even S&P so be prepared. Heater wasn’t working for for the first 3 days, but they did come out and fix it. Follow instructions in email, not in info notebook which needs updating.

This was an excellent accommodation - clean, well appointed, comfortable, spacious. Location of the house is super convenient for going in and out of the Volcano park. The only negative is that the kitchen is not stocked at all - there’s nothing provided: no coffee, salt/sugar, or any cooking oil. In a place where everything closes early and stored are kind of far, it would be a nice touch.
The house sits in a quiet little neighborhood. 5 minutes from Volcano National Park and reasonable distance to Hilo. The house itself is a beautiful, clean 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils to save money by home cooking. Soap/shampoo/conditioner provided.
