This newly remodeled one bedroom, one bathroom apartment takes advantage of the frontal ocean view with 12 foot sliding glass doors that extend all the way across the front of the apartment. It is significantly larger than other one bedroom units in this complex, at 880 square feet (most others are 616 square feet).

Across the street is The Cove, a beach park with gentle, beginner friendly waves and surfboard and stand-up paddle board rentals, and Kalama Beach Park, which has large white sand beach areas, extensive playgrounds and grassy recreational areas. Charley Young Beach Park is just a 3 minute walk away as well.

Our kitchen design has been custom designed so the cook can enjoy an expansive ocean view. Along with all new appliances, cabinets and countertops, it has all the equipment you will need to cook and eat, as well as a basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and basic spices and condiments.

There is a gorgeous pool area with an ocean view, tennis courts, gas barbecues, covered patio tables and furnished lounge area. Read a book, take a nap, get a tan or enjoy a cocktail poolside.

The South Kihei area has the best climate, least rain, cooling breezes and the closest proximity to each and every activity desirable! A 5 minute drive to Kihei Boat Ramp provides boat access for boat rentals, whale watching, scuba diving and the famous Maui snorkel trip to Molokini! Bring your binoculars between December and April and watch some of the 10,000 humpback whales that come here each winter to give birth.
