The Details:
Magnificent condominium resort of Maui Kamaole has 34 buildings, and our spacious beautifully remodeled unit is located in the very front of the complex facing the ocean giving you the unobstructed sweeping ocean view and is one of the closest to the beach in the complex.

The condo underwent a complete remodel in September 2012. This unit has been quoted as one of the most beautiful condos in the entire complex of Maui Kamaole. The kitchen features beautiful granite counter tops, cherry wood cabinets, and high-end stainless steel appliances. Both the master and guest baths have frameless glass shower enclosures with travertine walls. Marbleized porcelain tile throughout the unit and lanais. A spacious master bedroom has a king bed, and there is convertible bed in the living room. Both rooms have large wall-mounted LCD TV's and Blue Ray players. FREE high-speed WIFI internet access is provided for your enjoyment.

You are able to see ocean view while you are relaxing on the sofa in the living room as well as when you are on the lanai enjoying breakfast. From our lanai, we have panoramic ocean views spanning from the crescent island of Molokini, to the islands of Lanai, Molokai, Kahoolawe, and to the West Maui mountains. You'll enjoy stunning sunsets in a beautiful setting while sipping your favorite tropical beverage. During the winter months, watch whales while sitting on the lanai.

Maui Kamaole Information:

South Maui has the best weather in all of Maui. Climate is warm and sunny year around with afternoon trade winds and very little rainfall compared to other areas of Maui which means that it’s like summer with clear blue skies year around. Maui Kamaole resort is one of Kihei's newer first class properties. The Maui Kamaole has been ranked as one of the top three condo complexes in the South Kihei / Wailea area. It is located in South Kihei, right on the border of Wailea's beautiful resorts (Four Seasons, Grand Wailea), world class shopping (such as Tiffany’s, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and Coach), restaurants (Spago, Ruth Chris, Sarrento’s on the Beach, Linage, Joe’s Bar and Grill, Maui Taco, Longi’s, Café O’Lei, Sansei Sushi, and many more), movie theaters, championship golf, and the best beaches in Maui including Ulua Beach which is named one of the top 10 Most Beautiful Beaches in America. No wonder Oprah Winfrey has vacation home here. Our condo is directly across from the popular Kamaole Beach and Park. Kamaole Beach is a white sandy beach with crystal clear blue water with excellent swimming, snorkeling, and has a grassy area for picnicking. It is only a 2 minute walk from our condo. The Kamaole Beach is kid-friendly most of the year as the surf doesn’t usually get too rough. From this beach, you can stroll over to Keawakapu Beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Hawaii. You can walk this breathtaking stretch of beach to the resorts of Wailea, one of our favorite morning activities. Another beautiful beach is Wailea Beach located in front of the Four Seasons Resort, a 5 minute drive from our unit with ample parking.

Amenities at Maui Kamaole include tennis courts, two swimming pools, hot tubs, and a barbecue grilling area.

RENTAL POLICIES

The occupancy is limited to 2 guests. We require a six-night minimum stay (Unless Remnant Nights Are Available) and offer a 10% discount for periods of 28 days or longer. Smoking or pets are not allowed in the unit or on the lanais.

To make a reservation, at the time of booking, we require an initial deposit of 25 % of rental fee plus the VRBO service fee. The balance for your stay is due 60 days in advance of occupancy or immediately if the reservation is made within that time period. It is important to understand our cancellation policy. If a cancellation is received less than 60 days from your arrival date, it may result in forfeiture of most fees. However, if we can re-book the days cancelled, your fees will be returned. NOTE: Due to the current COVID 19 global situation, cancellations will be given full refund if cancelled at least 1 week prior to date of arrival through end of December, 2020. To recoup the cost of nonrefundable travel expenses, we encourage you to consider purchasing trip-cancellation insurance as listed in the payment section.

The check in time is 2:00 PM and check out time is 10:00 AM. This unit has one parking space assigned to it. An additional parking space can be arranged for a slight fee. We have an on island contact who handles the cleaning and any issues that may arise during your stay. Upon paying the full balance of your reservation, a letter of instruction regarding keys, condominium association rules, and check-in procedures is sent to you via E-mail 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
