This condo is in a beautiful location! The grass area is large with unbeatable views. The sunsets were gorgeous. Very private feeling and relaxing. We waked to the beach every morning and saw sea turtles twice! The views and location are top notch. The condo itself could use some updates. There is no AC, which we thought we could handle. They do have ceiling fans and additional floor fans but we were still dreadfully hot our entire stay. I would just consider that if the temps are high during your visit. Also the bathroom is nice but the shower gets water everywhere and with the minimal towels provided we had to use some of them to wipe up the floors after every shower. The bed is very uncomfortable (and a queen) which I read in other reviews as well. Otherwise the customer service was great and the location spectacular.
This beautifully updated Condo is situated on the ground floor close to the pool. It does not have air-conditioning but the windows have screens and the Trade Winds provide ventilation, the temperature in the Condo was always just right. The Condo is also located just North of Wailea's Keawakapu Beach which has soft tan colored sand and goes on for over a mile. There are more beaches to the South and one of these connects to the Beachfront Pathway in Wailea, which is beautiful. There are endless sites to watch the sunset from, inlcuding right outside the unit! This Condo is a short drive from shopping in Kihei and "The Shops at Wailea".
Very well cared for, clean, nicely decorated, good location. Couch mattress was comfortable. All appliances worked, decent shower pressure. Large grass lawn for guests, putting course, can get bocce and other games from the office. Friendly complex, people bbq and eat outside. Torches come on at night, lights around the pool people hanging out but not loud. Noise stops at 9, very quiet place then . Easy walk to beaches on either side. Cool cove where turtles hang at night.

Loved that we could walk out in either direction and be at a nice sandy beach with exceptional snorkeling...no need to book a special snorkeling trip for that, in our opinion. Swam with sea turtles and amazing sea life right in front of our property!
