This two story family home is located on O'ahu's stunning east side in Mariner's Ridge, one of Hawaii's most exclusive hilltop communities known for spectacular views! Views of the ocean, nearby Koko Head, the marina below and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. This incredibly convenient destination is outside of the hustle and bustle of nearby Honolulu, yet remains close to myriad attractions. World famous Waikiki is a mere 20 minute drive away and beautiful Diamond Head is only 15 min away. Heading further east in the opposite direction Waimanalo and Kailua are merely 15-30 min away as well. Lanikai beach and Kailua Town are absolute musts! Should you decide to relax in the neighborhood there are no shortage of amazing hikes, beaches, shops and restaurants as well. World renowned Hanauma bay, a pristine marine eco-system offers visitors and locals alike an exceptional locale to snorkel and explore Hawaii's world class wildlife. This two story house boasts high ceilings, large windows and open floor plans. There are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, ideal for large families or even 2 families traveling together. The main floor offers a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen along with an adjoining dining room and a convenient kitchen island ideal for cooking alongside family and friends. Additionally the master bedroom offers a Queen bed, an enormous bathroom featuring a double sink and a vanity along with a shower. In the nearby hallway a 1/2 bathroom is conveniently located for guests. Perhaps the most spectacular feature of all is the deck which offers stunning ocean views as well as unobstructed views of Koko Head. Sunrises and sunsets are unforgettable from this vantage point. By the entrance, the patio offers a grill and a dining table, making it the perfect spot for gatherings with family and friends! The downstairs has 3 bedrooms, two of which have queen size beds and the 3rd has two single beds along with a full bathroom with a bathtub and a convenient kitchenette with a sink.
