Designer Condo in Hawaii Kai! Close to beaches, shopping, hiking!

We stayed at Kyle’s property for 1.5 months while visiting our ohana. The property is exactly as pictured and described. It was exceptionally clean and had everything one would need especially during an extended stay. A/C in all the rooms was definitely great to have and much appreciated. Having access to a free full sized washer and dryer in the entryway of our unit was an added bonus. It is shared with the studio next door but we didn’t have issues coordinating with the other guests. The lanai (patio) was spacious and the gate access to the outside made dropping off groceries and shopping even easier. There is a good variety of beach equipment such as beach towels, bags, and floats to take to the beach. The parking garage is convenient and the fob access to the building and garage gave an added sense of security even though the condo/neighborhood itself was very quiet and extremely family and pet friendly. The staff at the condo were wonderful and definitely shared their aloha with us. The amenities are wonderful with the outdoor seating areas, BBQ station, pools, add recreation rooms. The grounds are very well maintained and adds to the aesthetics. The gym was a little small and had older equipment but that didn’t hinder us by any means. The location is in Hawai’i Kai which was about 15-20 min drive from town (Honolulu). We appreciated the laid back/slower pace of Hawai’i Kai. Kyle was a great host and we would definitely stay at this rental again in the future!
