We loved our stay here! It was perfect for our family holiday. The home is beautiful, and the views of the island are incredible! The pool/landscaping was gorgeous; made you feel very secluded.
House was amazing. We had a group of 8 adults and there was plenty of space for us all to relax, together or alone time. Pool was very relaxing. The views were wonderful. We needed to contact the property manager for one issue and they sent someone over promptly, it was a minor item and didn’t impact our quality of stay. They were very polite.
Our adult children and families (11 of us) had a wonderful stay of 2 weeks at the Pinnacle of Poipu! The house was spacious, well stocked in every way, and the beautiful pool was enjoyed by all, especially by the grandkids. The Kauai Exclusive Management Team was very responsive to any questions we had. The 360 views from the house were amazing! The vacation stay will be forever memorable!
The home and pool were spectacular. It worked well for our family. The home had laundry soap, dish soup, paper towels, spices, and toilet paper. The leaving instructions were so simple, no collecting sheets, just leave by 10am. Only problem was we received entry information for the address of 1736 rather than 1722. It worked out and all was good.
We had a wonderful time at this property with our children and grandchildren 15 and 12 to help us celebrate our 50th Wedding anniversary. The property was just as it was listed. It is really nice and lots of space for the 10 of us. It has chairs, umbrellas and cooler for the beach. Great location for the beach and all. Would definitely recommend this property to others and would go there again.
We had a group of 9 adults who rented this for a 10 night stay. The pool was beautifully landscaped with tropical plants and trees. We viewed the sunset in the evenings from the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. I highly recommend this property and just sent the link to a good friend!
We stayed a week in this beautiful home with our kids and 4 grand children. The property is absolutely as advertised and we had no issues with anything at all. It was clean, well stocked and very spacious. The saltwater pool and the views are fantastic, we will definitely be back again!
We were a group of ten. My son and his wife with her mom and sister took basement section for their space. The other 6 of us stayed on other two floors. The kitchen was excellent. The pool was excellent. I loved our room although at first I wasn’t sure I could sleep there with no curtains. The tops of the palm trees were our entertainment. Everyday we took walks to beach. Loved it.

Property was great. Enjoyed the pool and location was good. Walked to beach and saw monk seal and lots of turtles. Not far from airport and Safeway and Costco for supplies. Two sets of washers and dryers were convenient too. Comfy beds and kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for making it a wonderful stay!
This home was exactly what we were looking for! Large enough for all of us to sleep comfortably and open enough to spend time together!
This house was perfect for our big group the week of our wedding. The location was great, less than 5 min drive to everything you want to see in Poipu. Walking distance to Poipu beach or the Hyatt where our wedding took place. The house was breathtaking, every morning woke up to beautiful sunrise with 270 view of the island & ocean.
Loved our stay! The house is huge with tons of space to spread out. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well-stocked. The pool was freezing (not heated) which was disappointing but the patio was a fun place to hang out and eat some meals. It’s so close to our favorite Poipu beaches…easily walkable. We would come back for sure. Excellent house for a big group!
The property was absolutely gorgeous. It was perfect for our family. We had three generations of family all together. Loved the basement for the teenagers. It was close to the beach. Loved relaxing next to the pool.
The house, pool and property were all top shelf! Loved the amazing views from all the windows. The management team was outstanding and even provided a brand-new ironing board just in time to support our daughter's wedding day. Loved all of it!
We brought our children and their families, our mom and my sister to Kauai for a week. This house was incredible! We had plenty of room for everyone, the house was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, and everyone was comfortable. The pool surrounding area was beautiful! The kids had so much fun and found a huge frog and little geckos.We were close to the beach and walked down to see the turtles and monk seals.We would absolutely love to stay here again!!!
There are so many positive things to say about this property, but the simplest is just to say it will exceed your expectations in every way. The location, views, pool, luxury of the finishes, everything is perfect with this property; not to mention the absolutely beautiful landscaping. We throughly enjoyed our stay and the management company staff were very responsive and attentive to all our needs during our stay. The master bedroom steals the show by far, with the sun rise visible in the morning and also sun set in the evening, with mountains and the ocean visible out every window; you have to experience it for yourself to truly appreciate it. The pictures don’t do the spectacular views justice. The balcony off the master bedroom was by far my favorite spot in the house, after to one of a kind pool. If you’re considering this property you won’t be disappointed.
All eleven family members rated the house as a 10 out of 10 as was the entire vacation. Hope to repeat again.
We had a wonderful family vacation and this property was a big part of it. The views from the main floor and the bedrooms upstairs are fantastic. Everything was clean and spacious - plenty of room. The lower level bedrooms are a little smaller but more than adequate. The lanai and pool area are beautifully landscaped. We had a few minor issues and the staff was very responsive. We would highly recommend this property!
Very big. Lots of room. The views from the master are unbelievable. All the views are great. Short walk down to the beach. No traffic on our street. Pool isn't as big as it looks in the picture but adequate for our needs. Very well equipped. Close to the activities we scheduled. We really enjoyed our stay.
Pictures do not do this home justice! This home has everything plus more than you will ever need. Location was outstanding. The views were spectacular. Pure luxury! Management team (Derick), grounds staff (Curtis), office staff … everyone was quick to respond and assist with anything our group of 10 required. The kitchen is a dream with every utensil for any type of meal. The separate, private, spaces were prefect for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own tranquility. The beach equipment, umbrella, ice chest so greatly appreciated and utilized. Bottom line - highly highly recommend this home as well as Kauai Exclusive!
The home is beautifully appointed with decorations, books, well equipped kitchen for entertaining. We felt like this was someone’s personal residence because there was beautiful artwork everywhere. The bedrooms upstairs and on main level were very spacious. The two bedrooms downstairs were smaller but it honestly worked out because during the day we were on the go.
