Property was just as advertised felt very warm and comfortable amazing views. We had a wonderful time.
Our family of eight had a great time. Terrance and Anna were exceptionally helpful and responsive when needed. We had flight issues and they were very flexible when our schedule shifted and we appreciated their kindness. The facility was very clean and well stocked with whatever we needed. The views from the balcony were breathtaking and we appreciated being so close to the beach and shops. Our guys loved being so close to the golf course and fishing spot. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!
We loved staying at this amazing house! The location was perfect for visiting various places on the island! Plenty of room for 6 of us and the kitchen was huge and great to cook in (I especially loved the kitchen-aid ice maker!) We all enjoyed the beautiful views and easy access to the beach below. The neighborhood was quiet, except for the roosters (LOL) and safe. We also enjoyed hanging out at the beach, snorkeling and visiting the bar/restaurant at the Marriott. There is a turtle in the bay that we had the pleasure of snorkeling with one afternoon!
This property was absolutely perfect! The Hosts were so accommodating for my last minute family vacation. The home was so clean, comfortable and welcoming. We sat on the back porch and watched the dolphins and turtles, while my older fished below the house. Will definitely be booking this home again!!
Our daughter & family live in Portland Oregon and our son lives in Charleston SC. Every year we try to get together for a week. Last summer it was Edisto SC. This year Hawaii. The reservations were made and flights booked. Only problem was a last minute cancellation of condos for us and our daughter's family. Panic time. But we got this marvelous house last minute and have been so pleased. Location is perfectly, lots of space for kids and adults and beach close by. Ideal location for our family.

Enjoyed this house, spent a lot of time on the deck watching sunsets and looking at rainbows. Owners left the cutest Easter treats for my kids which they loved. Centrally located for different beaches/sights around the island, but also loved the option to just chill at the beach and pools nearby and order drinks from the outdoor hotel bar. Beach supplies, towels, etc were in good shape and awesome to have on hand. Nice shoreline path nearby for morning runs. And of course, amazing tub with fantastic view.
Our family of 8 enjoyed our stay at the property very much. It is almost at the end of a cul-de-sac, so apart from roosters waking you up in the early morning, it is very quiet. The property was very well equipped and the kitchen had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the access to the pool at the Royal Sonesta. Our hosts were responsive, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with.
Everything was really good except the bathroom downstairs door would not close all the way
We absolutely LOVED this rental! Due to the Maui fires, we had to quickly change plans and decided to visit Kauai. We fell in love with this island while we were there.
The views from the house are absolutely breathtaking! You can see the bay, port, the beach, green lush mountains, and waves crashing along the shore under the house.
The location was perfect! It was super close to the airport. It was an easy walk to the resort and down the promenade to all kinds of different restaurants, and shopping. Lihue is a great place to stay in Kauai because you can get to both sides of the island fairly reasonably.
The hosts provide everything you would need to spend time at the beach which is easy to walk to as well. There were beach towels, chairs, boogey boards, noodles, etc.
The house was very clean and furnished well. We had no problem accommodating 8 guests and we were able to sit comfortably together in different areas. Check in and check out were very easy.
For any issues that came up or any questions we had about Kauai, the hosts were very quick to respond. We can't say enough good things about this rental! We are so grateful we got to spend our time there.
