Beautiful ocean views! Walking path was ideal for early morning walks. Condo was well stocked and very comfortable.
This was the best vacation! The condo was beachfront and in a perfect location. It was well stocked and had everything you could think of. There was coffee, water and seasonings, which we were so appreciative of. The furniture is a little outdated but it was comfortable. The owners were great, and most accommodating. I highly recommend this condo!

Property is very well situated, and taken care of...bed was very good. The kitchen was very nice and very well stocked, which was much appreciated. Furniture could do with a little update, but was all fine.

The ocean view from this condo is fantastic! We loved the constant fresh breezes and the sound of the waves. The location is great with easy access to Lydgate Park and my favorite hike, Sleeping Giant. The condo is spacious, clean and very well equipped with everything. Highly recommend!

It was very well stocked with everything needed in the kitchen, nice view from the lanai. Grounds maintained nicely.
Terry’s unit was exactly as shown in the pictures. Easy access to Lihue and the North Shore. We stayed there while having hip surgery at Wilcox Medical Center. The furniture was comfortable. The layout was easy to get around and the view of the ocean was fantastic.
Thank you Terry for the wonderful stay. The apartment was beautiful and it was clear it was well looked after and loved. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable! I will most definitely be returning!
We absolutely loved staying here. We were greeted with a bowl of Lychee fresh from the owners tree and a hand written note welcoming us to the island along with several other Hawaiian treats. The unit was stocked with all the essentials. The view from the Lanai was breath taking. When we weren’t out exploring the beauty of Kauai we were on the Lanai. It was so relaxing and beautiful. We really liked having the extra half bathroom in the unit so we could both get ready at the same time. We just can’t say enough about how perfect the unit was for us and how great Terry was to work with. We will be back for sure.
The location of the condo was great. I would have preferred air conditioning but the ceiling fans and opened windows kept the place comfortable. The condo has all supplies necessary such as beach chairs, ice chest, towels, etc. We appreciated that coffee was supplied as well. The path along the ocean was great and the pond was great for swimming and snorkeling. Will definitely come back.
The property is stunning. The condo is beautiful, well kept, with great amenities and the provisions are the best we’ve ever had in a vacation rental. Stay here on your next trip to Kaua’i.

We stayed in Kaha Lani 219 for 2 weeks in Feb 2024. The condo and the resort were excellent. Condo was a nice size for two people, efficiently arranged & very comfortable. Superior location: corner unit, ocean-front, unobstructed view, about 50 yards from the surf. Great sunrise!
Unit was fresh & pristinely clean. Seems clear that the hosts care for their property continually & thoroughly. Seemed like the unit was recently renovated, but indicators were that it is kept that way continually. Well-equipped with everyday needs (kitchen stuff, towels/bedding, beach gear, etc.), all in excellent condition. The host, Terry, was very friendly and helpful in all regards.
You need not be concerned about lack of A/C. Cross-ventilation & ceiling fans kept the entire unit comfortable. We did not need any of the 5 stand-alone fans that the hosts provided.
Resort was nicely landscaped and well-maintained. It is in the midst of Lydgate Park, which is scenic, well-maintained, and has an ocean-side pathway and guarded beach.
Property is a winner! If it fits your needs, don’t pass it up.
One negative: a large number of feral chickens. This is a “feature” of Kauai, island-wide, not unique to this resort, nor something that the host can control. It is a nuisance - the roosters make a lot of noise crowing during the night, particularly from about 3am through dawn, & other times as well. It compromised our ability to sleep - something to consider.
This was an amazing property that had all the comforts of home. It was very clean and everything was very comfortable. There was even binoculars and directors chairs on the deck so we can sit and watch the whales frolicking in the water.
The view was amazing from sunrise to sunset. It was so nice to be right on the water as well as so close to great walking trails and shopping.
The whole experience was so seamless from booking with the owner, to the arrival and check out process.
We will be back!
Clearly this owner takes great pride in this beautiful condo. Amazing location with spectular ocean views had us whale watching from the Lanai during breakfast. Walking paths to wild gorgeous beaches were a fabulous bonus!
The inside of this unit is beautiful and very well appointed. Everything you need in the kitchen, high quality linens and everything you need for your trips to the beach or touring the island.
I appreciated the little extras including local avocado & fruit, local coffee and cookies, bottled water in the fridge. Clearly this host takes care to welcome guests and my husband and I appreciated that.
This was the absolutely best pllace we have stayed. The ocean views were spectacular and we could listen to the waves at night. From the deck we were lucky enough to see whales. The condo itself was well maintained and very comfortable. The hosts were very helpful and responsive.
Overall the unit was nice, good central location on the island. Enjoyed extras provided by the host (beach chairs, towels, smorkeling gear, boogie boards and cooler). Only real complaint was the horribly uncomfortable bed in the master bedroom. We slept on it the first night but both woke with horrible back pain because it was so broken down and had dips on both sides of the bed from i can only assume years of use. It was so bad that we slept the rest of the week on the hide-a-bed in the living room which was not great either but better than the master. If the owner replaces the bed in the master I would absolutely stay here again, but if it is not replaced, I would not recommend staying at this property.
Also only other negative was I reached out to the owner when our flight arrived early requesting an earlier check in and never got a response, however she had been responsive to my earlier emails/questions so this was not a huge issue for me.
