The house is as beautiful as the photos show with unbelievable views. The location was perfect for our family and made beach days or quick trips to Hanalei super easy. This was our third time staying in this general area and this was our favorite property. The rooms had individual air units keeping rooms nice and cool. The property manager was very helpful and quick to reach out with timely communication. Highly recommended!
The view is spectacular, mountain valley at the back and ocean view from the front. Driving into the property felt like an entrance to Jurassic park. And the location is just so perfect, right near one of the best beaches and vacation town. The property itself is awesome too; linens are clean, equipments and supplies plentiful (I can go on and on)

We spent a fabulous few days over Thanksgiving at this wonderful house. It sits high on a hill and when you open up your windows at night, you can still hear waves crashing and see the surf on along the beach. But if you turn around and look at the yard, you can see the beautiful inland valleys of Kauai. The house is well appointed with lots of great beach toys. We took the standup paddleboard out to explore the Hanalei river.

We were a group of 8 including grandparents, parents and children. This house was perfect for us. We considered a number of alternative houses but the reviews for this house really jumped out at us as being genuine and sincere. This house was great. Plenty of space to spread out. The views and ambiance from both the front side of the house and the back were really cool. Ocean and mountain (rainforest) views. The house has an amazing cross breeze with side walls that essentially open as windows allowing for ocean breeze and sounds of the rainforest to enter. The landscaping and property grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The pool was a great size for our 3 children to enjoy. We found the location ideal for the north shore with proximity to Hanalei, Princeville and Kilauea. Great beaches just down the road. House included everything our entire group could need for going to the beach, numerous towels, 8 beach chairs, 3 umbrellas, snorkels, flippers, goggles, 3 boogie boards, 1 surf board, 1 paddle board. The house has been very well thought out. Interior design was great. Kitchen appliances were high end and excellent. Jason was extremely attentive if needed and is a great host. We felt lucky to stay here. Lucky to find such a great house. Highly recommend.
The home is on an absolutely gorgeous lot. The back of the house faces the ocean with views from every window. The front of the house has a beautiful lawn where you can sit and look at the amazing Kauai “Jurassic Park” mountains. The home has everything you need. High end appliances, serving platters, nice cooking ware, and a nice dining room off of the kitchen. My husband and I took our 3 adult children, two significant others and a best friend. Everyone had a nice bedroom and we all enjoyed the common spaces. We had a few minor issues but Jason (the real estate manager) was very responsive and helpful. We were there in late June and it was very warm and humid, therefore it was warm and humid in the house. Read carefully, only 3 of the bedrooms have air conditioning. Because of the lack of air-conditioning, the lower bedroom and all of the common spaces were very warm. On a cooler time of year, it would be fine. Additionally, the driveway is really scary. It is not just steep, but it has a very sharp turn ¾ of the way up and our suv had a very hard time navigating it. We had two rental vehicles, and the sedan actually handled it better. Although we are all over 21, we would only let certain drivers handle it because it was dangerous. The details from the management company describe the best way to tackle driving up, please follow them carefully. Our family had such an amazing stay at this gorgeous property! I don’t even think the photos do it justice! It’s much more impressive live, with a serenity and comfort you hope for on a vacation like this. We hated to leave!
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a selection of local baked goods along with coffee and creamers for the next morning! All we needed before going to the store the next morning, which was conveniently right down the road. Justins hospitality was thoughtful, extremely accomodating and responsive.
The house was easy to get to and ideally located just a few minutes from Hanalei and Princeville We actually saw most of the island while there and nothing was far. It was also a quick walk down to the gorgeous Anini Beach and the River. The beds were VERY comfortable (something we are picky about). The kitchen was perfectly stocked with EVERY appliance, utensil and dish imaginable (we actually had a Top Chef cooking contest amongst our teens/adult kids and lacked nothing)! They had coolers, backpacks, floaties, towels and everything we needed for our day trips even! There was plenty of room for our family to sprawl out for alone time and come together for games and cooking. The bedrooms and other rooms are layed out perfectly for everyone to have privacy and space from eachother when wanted, even plenty of room to sprawl around the property. Gorgeous views from both the front (ocean) and back(mountains and waterfalls) of the property! Perfect!
This house was amazing. Who needs a TV when you can sit back and watch the amazing view from one of the most comfortable couches anywhere. You truly feel like you on are on your own mountainside with no one to bother you for miles. The house is very well stocked, all the beds were very comfortable, and the outside hot showers were a huge added bonus after all our adventures. We had seven women sharing the space and we could all comfortably hang together in the living room and had plenty of space to call our own when we needed some down time. It was really nice having extra space outside to park 3 cars for all of us and easy to get in and out down the driveway. The house had prime location to get to everything and situated so nicely with the ocean in front of us and the mountains behind us. Truly a wonderful house, and even greeted with a delicious pastry box from our wonderful hosts. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

What a house! Location is Goldilocks - just right. We enjoyed drinks on the veranda while counting whales, cooking dinners in the chef inspired kitchen, and walking down the hill to a little surf break blessed with little rollers. The house was exactly what we needed and expected. We had a little electrical glitch in the master, but manager on the spot had it fixed in an hour or so. We will visit again.
