We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was such a refreshing change from the usual resort experience—no parking hassles, extra fees, or crowded spaces. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute drive to our favorite beach, Moloaa. We also loved the delicious mangoes growing right on the property—such a treat! The home was very clean and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend!

I was extremely pleased to find this studio apartment in absolutely pristine condition. The farm-like setting may not be for everyone, but, I really appreciated the location. For me, it was about being near family however, the proximity to either the north or south ends of the Island make it very convenient.Among the other amenities were a comfortable bed, wide screen TV, laundry facilities, and lovely, soft absorbent towels! Thank you, Lana, for providing such a lovely home away from home!
Plenty of room in a beautiful studio setting. The kitchen is big and stocked with cooking utensils and dinnerware. The rain shower head was a nice welcome after a long flight and a long day. Plenty of fresh fruit on the property. As for the property, it is secure and away from the main road that you can’t hear the traffic. We got to meet the host. They are friendly and respectful of your privacy. My wife and I will definitely rent this place again if available the next time we visit the island. Mahalo for a wonderful stay.
Clean and modern property, very well equipped, quiet and private! Rural area and Easy to hear the sounds of the ocean and with a view of the mountainside. Perfect location for exploring all of the island but also local beaches close by. Fully fenced property with electric gate for added privacy and security. Goat yoga offered by a neighbor just a block away. Local grocery with great sushi and poke. If you are looking for a great stay with a local feel this is it. Absolutely perfect for us
An airy, immaculate studio space very easy to access, comfortable, provided a quiet, relaxing stay. A well stocked market is 5 minutes away, airport is ~30 min, we enjoyed sidestepping the touristy lodging treadmill. Sky, sunrise, mountain views, the sound of the tides and no light intrusions at night make for great sleep in the studio! It is clear our friendly hosts have taken a great deal of care in the selections, arrangement and maintenance of interior fittings & finishes. High ceilings and open space throughout all very nicely done this is a lovely place to stay!
The property is beautiful, the family is wonderful, and the scenery is incredible. Stay here if you want to experience what the island life really means.
Cozy, cute studio with everything you need. Loved our two night getaway before our stay in Princeville. Would definitely come back again and stay longer and skip Princeville.

The location was just far enough out of the busy parts of Kauai and the accommodations were exactly as described, if not better. The washer/dryer was perfect and we came home with all clean clothes! Lana was helpful and responsive to our questions. The bed was super comfy and the shower was heavenly! The property is very safe and secure and restful.

Superbly clean and spotless. I am a someone who likes very clean and this does not disappoint! It's a great little house located more in the country. Very quiet and peaceful and great views too. The first night we didn't have hot water but they took care of it right away and everything was great the rest of the stay.
Anahola Bay is super easy to access, by car, from Lana's spot. It's beautiful and there are some reefs and rocks that support fish, eels, crabs and at least one turtle :) that we can tell you about.
Our toddler loved the swing set and listened to us when we said "don't jump in the pool" (we knew there was no cover) so we also had a fine time when we weren't at Anahola beach.
Since there's no dishwasher or ventilation for the cook top, I wasn't tempted to do a lot of cooking, but there were a lot of other cooking appliances and the kitchen was really nice for preparing breakfast, frozen drinks, and snacks.
Lana and the other people we encountered on her property were friendly and responsive. We were comfortable at this spot and would happily return. Mahalo, Lana and family!
This stay was perfect for my husband our nine year old son and me.The property was gorgeous and the VRBO was amazing. It had all of the comfortable upgrades and everything we needed. We were close to a family friendly beach, just a short drive to Hanalei Bay or down towards, our favorite breakfast spot at Island craves. The owner was sweet and left us a welcome card and was quick to respond whenever we reached out. Having the beach chairs and towels to use was great for all of our days spent lounging by the water. The kitchen was perfect for cooking breakfast and lunches. We don’t have anything bad to say about our stay will definitely look it up again next trip to Kauai. Thank you!!

Very suitable for a couple who are looking for clean accommodation, privacy and easy access to Kauai surrounding area. Beware, roosters crow pretty much all day and very early in the am, although not sure you can get away from that unless you stay in a less rural area.

This property was fantastic for my wife and I. It had everything you could need for your Hawaiian vacation. It’s location to some less frequented but beautiful beaches was a major plus.

This property was like a little slice of paradise! We only wished we had spent the whole time here. Lana was so helpful and accommodating, the property is fully stocked and they even left a little gift for us upon our arrival. The yard was peaceful and full of fruit trees, the view of King Kong mountain (I forget the actual name lol) was majestic, and the tv and sound system made the heavy rain day (flash flood warning) a little easier to bypass without feeling like we were missing out on “vacation” experiences!
I will absolutely book with Lana again when we come back!

Beautiful studio suite with large kitchen with everything you'd need, leather sectional, comfortable bed, great bathroom with really nice shower (rain shower head). Deck with BBQ, washer and dryer, A/C. Private, quiet location. Couldn't ask for anything more. Super clean. Owner was really easy to communicate with offering to provide whatever we needed. Quick drive either way to Kapaa or Kilauea. We will definitely stay here again!
Lana’s spot was Amazing. My Partner and I were able to cook, wash clothes, relax, feel cozy and safe. The place is super clean, simple and Modern. Very Thankful to have been able to land there and enjoy this Kauai home away from home 💕

This place was more than we expected from the moment we entered the property. A gated property that leads you to your own little place. Owners have installed privacy screens that can be put up or taken down depending on your needs (we actually never crossed paths with anyone during our 7 night stay).
The studio itself is very updated! We were greeted with a nice note and a welcome gift. Spacious and with plenty of amenities. The bed was surprisingly comfortable!
I think most importantly the owner was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed.
